Looks stunning and loads of fun just like the "old days " but realistically most of the LCriders from back then probably physically wouldn't be able to cope with the very cramped riding position today, it was bad enough then unless you were no taller than about 5'8". Still love to see them and other strokers back tho

I had an 85 RZ350 and an 87 TZR250. Loved them both and wish I could find another of either today. Count me in - I’d buy in a minute!

My head is a little bit mixed up, KTM has a new Adventure 390cc and then this WR200cc is coming as well. Perhaps I will take both unicorns, one for short off road and one for long range.

I would appreciate this bike, although it will be difficult to respect the emission laws of some countries.

I wouldn't put any money on this being a 2 stroke , if indeed it actaully gets made and sold in England . I am lucky enough to have owned both original 250 +350 's which will never be replicated . If it IS made, I hope they keep it original as possible and not load it with loads of unecessary stability/rider aids . 🇬🇧🏍️👍

I like both these bikes. Waiting on the BSA's to come to the states. I'm Rich so I can get both the street and dirt version. Rode some TT500's back in the day... Wow! Heavy, and low to the ground. I tried a pokerrun on one in about 92' it fell apart I had to turn back and limp home. Bike was not prepared for serious business. I enjoyed my CL350 scrambler from 71' but it was likely the slowest thing I ever rode on the street... you don't buy these for speed.

most people would like to choose yamaha racing machine for Trail purposes. because it is lighter and more power. but it has no light. on Trail you need light especial fog light there are places that are foggy you cannot clearly see even at daytime.. in the mountain like our country when it rains the jungle can be so dark, because of the tall trees. most of all there must be a stop light. when you suddenly have to stop, like encountering poisonous snake or others. riders on your back must know it. that is the most reason that cause many accident. there must also be a Horn, if you are the last rider and you have problem, accident or motor break down or you need medical attention. it will take hours for other riders to know that you are not with them. it is when you press your horn means you are in distress. Yamaha racing machine so tall... . on the motor cross the taller the better the race track is pure soil. but on trail your feet must be flat on the ground. most you need your feet to push your way in mad, river crossing, when the rear tire just spinning or climbing up hill to keep your balance... For us asian the average height is 5 feet to 5.7 feet tall. like me I am 5.6 feet. i reduce 2 inches the rear shock and 2 inches the front fork my KLX150L, so my feet is flat on the ground. actually the ground clearance can be compensated. in my country people use motorcycle as way of carrying passenger deep in the mountain. they called habal habal riders. were no 4 wheel transportation can go. they use HONDA TM or SKYGO 150 these motor use 17 inches wheel and their ground clearance is less then one foot. and they can still travel well on trail road better than us who use dual sport motorcycle. Actually by experience 18 by 21 inch wheel is good for trail . than the 16 by 19 inch wheel.like the KLX150S ....So to compensate reducing the ground clearance is the only way. like my KLX150L i can change the tire to 16 by 19 or convert it to MOTARD or super motor which use 17inch tire front and back. but i chose to lower the shock by 2 inch front and rear. so why not make motorcycle fitted for asian and tall bike fitted or american. i am really enchanted with Yamaha WR450 lighter because of aluminum frame and plastic fuel tang, more power. and the macho look, in our language (bien paliquero). but in my country it is very expensive. already the price of a small brand new car.

I wanted one after having a RD-400 but when I seen the totally wothless digital dash I was turned off . Do not buy any bike with instrument panel you can't see , I have a new Honda with this and it's useless as well . For GOD's sake bring back the analog gauges , don't be so damn stupid with this digital crap .

If it comes to the UK it'll sell like hot cakes, all the aging bikers who owned the 250 and 350 lc in the 80s will want one

If it comes to the USA it won't sell, Yamaha will warranty the motorcycle only if you run their high quality 2 stroke oil and 91 octane pure gas making one tank of fuel on a 3 gallon tank cost around 27 dollars and up.

Soooo, Why does the pictures show a older 2 stroke model . Full dirt bike not a dual sport.Some one needs to do there homework before reporting.

An inline engine has one cylinder behind the other. A parallel engine has the cylinders side by side.

I want one, for summer and winter-rides with spike tyres in winter...

Hurricane was expensive and limited to 2 per dealer. Almost as expensive as a HD big twin with a King of the Road package.

I commuted to work on my Triumph Tr-6 with a hard tail and magneto for 25 years. I have had my Triumph Tr-6 with a hard tail and magneto for 40 years. The twin leading brakes will stop on a dime. They were reliable and dependable transportation in the past. Maintained properly vintage British motorcycles are a joy to ride. I was famous for my day trips around Lake Ocahcobee in Florida. Suzuki 2 stroke bikes were civilized compared to Kawasaki 2 stroke bikes that would try to kill you. Cycle World editor went 130 on his Titan race bike. Today's motorcycles are a collection of government regulations on 2 wheels.😢😢😢😢

Japanese motorcycles of the 60's and 70's was the Pinnacle of success. Such a variety of motors to choose from. So affordable now everything is expensive and no variety.
