      Actually In some sources Ace is considered as a face card.. but I did my research and most mentioned it as number card.. deck of cards contains 52 cards which has 4 suits: diamonds, hearts, clubs, and spades. Each suit of a deck has 13 cards namely, Ace, King, Queen, Jack, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2. Each suit has only three face cards: King, Queen, and Jack. Therefore, Ace card is a numbered card.
