At least a BAFTA or A Sag Ensemble award. It's time that this great actor is honored for the formidable career. From Schindler's List to The English Patient to The Constant Gardener to The Grand Budapest Hotel to The Menu and Now Conclave, he really is an all time great and the finest living actor to have not recieved an academy Award.
