Danny Carey played it more like Niel Peart Omar is something a little more groovy maybe more like Narada Micheal Walden or Lenny white might sound, Never the less both sounded Sick ! I'd like to hear Vinnie Colaiuta maybe Gavin Harrison give it a shot or while were at it Bill Bruford and Simon Phillips , it's all fantasy Haven !! I can't not mention Billy Cobahm here because he started it all !.we'll leave it at that of course theres others.!

Drums were on….he just played it different than Neil. Omar has played on hundreds of hit records spanning every genre but classical. Neil knew enough to stay in his lane
Omar is one of the most respectful drummers out there. He is a fan first and I’m sure he would agree with all of your comments. Legendary drummer

That's not the only thing on a slow crash. The guys need some Red Bull. The tempo is way too slow! Even the album version is considerably quicker!

He doesn't sound as bad as Axl Rose but Bruce shouldn't be touring. His vocals are pretty cringey
He sounds just fine. The issue is that this very demanding song is played at the very end of a set full of demanding songs. I have my issues with it being a closer for that very reason, but I think he sounds just fine here.

Best version without Neil. Omar adds his flavour to the song without over doing it and then retains some. Watch Alex after the 3:39 fill. Omar is so on point that Alex is totally blown away and turns to Omar. INCREDIBLE!!

this arena only holds14,000 at best. in comparison to TD garden in boston. about 20k people there. last time they came around it was at Greatwoods, and it had 20k poeple there as well.

It’s awesome seeing Geddy and Alex back on stage again but you can tell they miss Neil 😢 the performance of a song they’ve played a thousand times is nowhere near as polished obviously

Uh - no. He just played with his own twist even thigh I agree he should have played note for note. Omar Hakim has played on hundreds of hit records spanning fusion jazz, pop, funk, rock, metal, straight jazz….every single genre except classical. Neil stayed in his lane.
