I did my AFF at the same dropzone (Beromünster, Switzerland). You're getting told to hold your head in the airflow and already arch before exiting. And if i did recognize the instructors, they are very experienced and don't need a checkride anymore. Also the face expression of the student shows that he doesn't feel very comfortable. it´s possible that it was a checkride, but i don´t agree that no first time jumper puts his head in the airflow, because where i did my AFF they told us to do so

agreed, walks to door from what i can see on his own then puts head in airflow which no first time jumper does and gets his chest right up in there, way too good to go that bad.
Putting your head into the airflow is what you’re suppose to do for this kind of exit. You get into the door frame crouched down with one foot in front of the other and your hands loosely holding the doorframe for support. You then check in with the inside instructor, checkout with the outside instructor, stick your head out into the relative air and look at the prop usually exclaiming “prop” then it’s up, down and out. Sticking the head out and checking the prop is critical for helping to present the body to the relative wind in a clean matter to help promote a smooth, stable exit. This student simply lost focus or got too anxious, kicked his legs under and did the opposite of arching.

The position you should have while falling (well, for newcommers). It's the basic position in wich you fall stable. arms at about 90 degrees, knees bend about 90 degrees, and dick forward :) google it

l6ST11 : I know it's late, but might as well reply - Arch is a body position that helps you fly! It's looking upwards while pushing your hips forwards towards the ground - sort of a banana! This helps you fly! :)
My respect and hats down to all AFFI's, thank you very much for doing this for $30 :)

What software did you use to slow it down at certain points? it can't all just be in the default 120fps :P
@PepDawg7171 The propeller is in beta and acts like a brake, it keeps the air speed in a safe range, also the large control surfaces on the tailplane on the this aircraft allow it to be controlled while diving.
Look up, RELAX and ARCH!!!

@Catapultandclingfilm : wrong, my friend....the primary is on the right and when the secondary lost him, he switched to the left and then climbed over the studend to pull the hand deploy....cheers
