Keepass is not providing a cloud service itself, but you could store the keepass database file on a cloud and use it directly from there. It's basicly a one time setup. But it is highly recomended to use the additional security option to create a key file that is stored on your device.

I use Brave and the Brave search engine as an alternative to Google Search and Chrome. I have also switched my PCs completely to Linux. Mostly Ubuntu.
