We tried everything when it came to sleep and the cry it out method was the only thing that worked. Broke my freaking heart though 😢😢 I had to like distract myself by taking a shower or bath cause I was so sad lol.

I would personally not leave my little one until they’re older. Especially leaving the country. But I totally agree that you need to prioritize your marriage. After 4 kids we found date nights at home were the best until they were old enough to be left. We don’t trust anyone with our kids 😅

Currently working from home with my 5 month old and losing my shit 🙃I love being able to be with him but I’d be lying if I said it wasn’t hard to balance work and a baby. I’ve been trying to prioritize naps and finding ways to keep him entertained. We just bought a playpen that’ll be really helpful! I’ll figure out how to eat and balance him and work one day but that’s another thing entirely. Totally feel you on the vacation too, that’s a tough decision! Trust your mama instincts and you can’t go wrong. And Lane is just too cute he looks so much like Matt! And Matt is me - I be forgetting everything 🤣 Love all your vlogs they make me feel seen 😂

Literally watching this while I’m working from home and my baby is napping! I am so run down today and look a mess, so don’t feel like you’re the only one who doesn’t have it together! As far as a vacation, do what feels like will be more relaxing! Maybe have your parents come along as child care? Or maybe stay down the shore so if God forbid something happens you can go there or have them bring him to you!

Maybe try once a week for like an hour drop lane off at grandparents house. Someone at my church went thru the same thing. The baby was 6 months old and didn't stop crying for mom during service for like 4-5 months (also was attacked to the boob) she's almost 18 months old now and doesn't cry for mom unless she doesn't feel good or tired. 😊

Our sons were born on the same day and I love watching your videos and find so much comfort in seeing that I’m not alone in some of these situations! My son (Maxx) has also been going through a sleep regression and only wants me. It’s been so exhausting and I find myself wondering what I’m doing wrong but then I see that you’re in the thick of it as well. Thank you for being honest and raw with us and just know that you’re doing a great job! Love watching Lane grow up, I always put your videos on tell my son “let’s see what Lanes up to today!” 😂

We did the Ferber method and she did get really upset when we came in, but it made us feel better knowing that she knows we were there for her. But honestly when the time intervals between check ins got longer, it basically did turn into cry it out. She still wakes up once a night to feed, but everyone’s quality of life is better!

Sending you positivity!! We’ve always had a bad sleeper and we’ve tried the cry it out multiple times and she just SCREAMS! She’s 9.5 months now and we’re still up multiple times a night.

Talk about this year starting out rough lol we also got sick plus family problems amongst other stuff ugh it’s stressful. I think I’m beyond a chill mom cuz I let my kids have iPads as much as they want which could be bad but I swear that’s how they learn everything like abcs etc lol plus it’s gives me peace. 😅
