A different comment gave me the idea of Aizawa understood why Izuku was hiding it because he had hide his relationship with Mic from his parents too, and Aizawa is mad but he is just mainly understanding of it and just wants Izuku happy, but they both do, I can’t explain it anymore, but hope this clarified some stuff
