Can´t wait to unbox them myself! Would the deluxe resources and the playmat fit into the box along with the expansion if I just take the cardboard resources and the original playmat out? Things seem pretty tight.
Does this game if to play only with kids or it will be nice to play with friends?
It's got a cute art style but it's main target is actually adults
such a blatant copy of root's art style i thought this was an expansion.
I like thag game mechanics of leaving behind possible actions for other players for future rounds.

Like the art style and looks like a fun game! The meeples kind of remind me of Roots meeples. Would love to pick up and try this game.

Is this illustrated by Kyle Ferrin or did you hire an artist to unashamedly rip off his art style?
There is obviously some Kyle Ferrin inspiration in the cartoony style, the light coloured outlines on characters and the eyes and the muted backgrounds. But this has a lot more vibrant colours. Ferrin uses a darker more earthy palette usually. The meeples, though, are extremely like Root / Oath. But the thing is ... you can't copyright a general artistic style and techniques. Imagine if someone copyrighted "anime eyes" ...

@@pronumeral1446 Yeah, I'm not saying his style is copyrighted. IMO its a shame the art seems like a straight copy instead of an inspiration. Just leaves a bad taste in my mouth unfortunately

Thank you for this update video. Everything looks great! I’m excited about those metal coins. They look awesome, as does the entire game. Eagerly looking forward to this games delivery.
Question: you said there are 36 metal coins on the video. Are there 36 token coins in the game as well? In the video, there didn’t look like a lot of punch board coins. Is that because this is your sample box and the regular boxes will have more punch board coins?
My mistake - there are 24 VP tokens in the punchboard and there will be 24 metal VP tokens (matching the values on the punchboard) in each set
The bag looks a bit small to stick your hand in to draw meeples. Big hands might tear the bag.
No problems here: Big hands only need to stick a few fingers in to be able to reach the bottom, not a whole hand. Little hands will be able to fit their whole hand in. Also, it's a very high-quality bag I think the risk of tearing is very low (you'd have to go out of your way to do it!)
Please keep the train color the same. It looks great!
Is the map cards because it's modular?
Good question. The map cards themselves get claimed by players as they complete them. However, there is also a modular section to the game. The stations next to the island cards can go anywhere, giving it more variability.
Looking good! I backed it w/ the exp. & playmat, happy to see the improvement to the mat, it's much more vivd! I'd like to see what the metallic paint will look like on the resources.
Us too. The paint is something we flagged, so hopefully we will see this in the next week or so. 🙂

It would be great if you include a proper insert.
There would be no space and it would increase the cost! We wanted to make the game as affordable as possible :)
I don't think it will be an issue once it arrives. The box is around the size of the palm of your hand, and I can't think of a single similarly sized game that has an insert. Shouldn't be too difficult to manage in baggies, really.
@@johndaily543 Ι don't disagree with that. Everything can be really managable, but with a proper insert looks much better and usually it takes less time to pack/unpack.
