I had this played at my Wedding in August 1976 during the signing of the Register we were lucky enough to have a incredible Organ in our Church. My daughter also had it at her Wedding in 2003.

I went to many Peterson concerts and Oscar told us this piece was dedicated to his son (why and which one he did not say). Soon after Ella Fitzgerald had died he told us he'd renamed it She Has Gone in honour of her - "she'll never be replaced" he said.

Why didn't you leave this piece in the key of E? As a trumpet player, all these accidental signs freak me out. Especially if the whole piece, except for a few bars, seems to fit much more naturally in E. Oh and what us going on in bar 72? The two D's don't sound alike...
