    • @TriggaHappy00121213
      @TriggaHappy00121213 หลายเดือนก่อน

      we cant get super clear photos from so far away... look at our satellites, we can see shapes and islands etc on earth but not much more detailed than that from so far away... Also the JWST is designed to see the edges of our universe, or rather the furthest back in time with infared and other light spectrums... not 'clearer' images about planets we already know about.

    Clickbait title, Observable unvierse per definition is the last frontier of what we can observe. The light from beyond will never reach us. Second, its obvious that the bing bang theory was incomplete, as it cannot explain what was happening at the exact moment of it. Our tools for modelling the universe break down. New data that defies our predictions is not that bad as it highlitghts the weak point of our models. In fact we try always to disprove our theories - thats how we test them. That is how we get closer to the truth, if there is such a thing. Anyway, AI voice, probably text and video AI generated too. Cheap way to make youtube videos. Good for you, sad for us.

    This completely obliterates the latest "scientific" assertion that the Universe is 14.8 billion years old. These images suggest that humans are not smart enough to understand the scope of this topic, nor do we have the tools to research it properly. We need a whole new approach that requires the use of undiscovered and to us unknown mathematical constructs. Perhaps 500 years from now we'll get there.

    • @dizont
      @dizont หลายเดือนก่อน

      nobody has said big bang theory is absolutely right. but is is generally agreed upon almost all astrophysicist and theoretical physicist that the expanding universe at some point had a beginning, a small point. if you reverse the expansion, you get contraction...do you have a better understanding of the universe or have a theory on the origin of the universe?

  • @upupuptheziggurat.liketysplit
    @upupuptheziggurat.liketysplit หลายเดือนก่อน

    I heard it expanded and contracted twice, so thats usual at the end. Now they are detecting what i think, is called a helium runaway or something which leads to a fast helium burst? in the light. Meaning, its basically imminent from our reference point. Still, they said this early this year. could be as soon as six months. We're nine months in. Video says guesses ranging from 'mere decades to hundreds of thousand years.... thats wrong. Its almost certaintly already happened. Its just how far the light has got on its journey, A star goes supernova every hundred years (roughly) in this galaxy. This one is close, others arent and the hundred year is factored in for distance. What will happen, is we'll get a slight warning from neutrino flux increase, then it'll be like boom, a pretty light and gaseous coloured aura in the sky and an increase in 24 hour planetary light. It should look rather magical and last at least six months. I hope we see it, but it could take much longer than we think, but no it wont be many decades, its done most likely. Or if it went now, in one hundred years. But its almost certaintly already happened relatively as we are well overdue and we are seeing what we expect are its very final throws. (My edit: i mistook the distance must of been thinking of a different Star. Still, six hundred light years makes it even more likely, strangely, its already happened, we are just waiting for the actual wavefront.)

    Forgive my ignorance, but... If Betelgeuse is "around 650 light-years away", and we are monitoring its "weird" behaviour NOW on Earth. Isn't it more than likely that Betelgeuse has already gone Supernova sometime around 650 years ago [give or take a few decades], but we haven't yet seen it happen? I mean, we are looking at its light, aren't we? So, not meaning to be nit-picky, but your statement that Betelgeuse "may soon go Supernova" is a bit disingenuous, isn't it? I mean this seems to be a scientific-ish channel. I think your listeners could handle that correct information, rather than you stating something erroneous. Unless, of course, you are somehow able to see the light of something 650 light-years away in real time. If you can, please tell me how you did this, as I have never heard of such technology, and would like to enlighten myself on this. Thank you!
