The offense was still putting # on the board to win last year. The defense was horrible and gave up too many points to the other teams. I don’t see 3 straight losses to start the season. At least 1-1 and 2-0 heading into Notre Dame wouldn’t be surprising. You’re forgetting how great that defense has been the past couple of years and when Gabbert is healthy, that offense can easily get 30-40 points per game.

The 6 game home stretch gives Huskies the momentum they need to reach another Bowl Game. The team wants in Pinstripe Bowl Invite & understand the urgency in turning this team around! Bourget is way better than last years numbers show. He played injured all year, missed several games to injury, and played with a decimated Offensive line, that was plagued with injuries. While Bourget has a very high football IQ, and is very accurate, he is undersized, and lacks arm strength. Sam Leavitt will most likely win the starting job, and has the talent to be very good. He has a roster loaded with talent at the skill positions, and the Offensive line will be greatly improved.

As a TXST fan I'm actually dreading the game vs the Jaguars. It's truly one of the weirder rivalries in the Sunbelt. The home team has always wins the game regardless of who is the more talented team. My bobcats go into Mobile this year.
