This is a very important lesson. I missed so many opportunities to celebrate with loved ones who are nolonger with me because things were so overwhelming and painful. But I realize now that it is important to be present in each moment and to remember to enjoy the time one has with our loved ones even in the face of adversity. I'm just now understanding what it means to stop and smell the roses. Yes this is a very important lesson. PEACE AND LOVE!

@@KhonsurasBalancedWaytoWellness OK. What video first? I have good mobility. I actually will turn 55 on March 16th. In two more months, so I claim it already. I am working on getting in shape. Watching you do what you did with the spear for some reason interested me. I am not an athlete, but I can take instruction and do the work. It would be great to challenge myself and tap into what is resonating from what is inside myself. I certainly want to make my next milestone in life a significant one. So what video would be the first one and for how long?
