Registration dates are opened based on weekly or monthly basis. Now the date are opened till the end of this month. If your trying to register for August, then please wait for another couple of week for the dates to open.

Guide charge is Rs 1000 for a group of 10 people. So, for 14 people, the guide charge will be Rs 2000.

When you click on "Trek register" from the provided link, you will be shown the trek registration instructions. Answering to your question, Each person should register individually.

If you plan to stay there , please check the stay people directly. They will provide guidance on how to enter without registering. But the thing is that the daily limit for the number of trekkers should not be exceeded. The best solution is to register beforehand and then proceed with your trek.

Samse is the base village to provide u basic amenities like food and stay. So, the distance depends on where you stay in samse. As a genric answer, it is 7.5 km from samse bus stand to kudremukh trek starting point.

Bus stop to trek starting point is close to 1.5 km and it takes 20 min. From trekking starting point to church , it will take maximum 2 hours to reach the top With the moderate speed .

Even in peak summer , you will have water in ubbalamadugu. Now it is raining even in andhra pradesh. So water flow will be there

If you guys know swimming and like to go trekking...I would suggest you to go TP kota.....It is just 90 km from chennai , also no crowd will be there....you can enjoy at the best...Since it was a weekend, aare will be crowded tomorrow.
