I love my Ceviche, Pisco Sour, Pollo a la Brada, Anticuchos, Picarones, and much more delicious food that Peruvians cook and eat every day... Working for relay its like the nazi's doing evil to the Jews...Relay, Doordash, Grubhub, Uber, and other companies dont give a shit about "the Independent contractors." Wheather you die doing a delivery, get your bike stolen, Relay, Alex Blume and his team dont give a shit... Why you think they make you an independent contractor in the first place? Think about it my friends... While you put in danger your lives riding on your bikes on the streets of NYC just for 5 dollars, Alex is making $1000 000 every month and you? Just the other day, one of his independent contractors got stabbed while trying to protect his bike from getting robbed...Does Alex care about this tragedy? He doesn't give a shit...
you know what the job and risks are going in, at least you should. if not, it's sort of your fault to expect anything less. yes the delivery companies view delivery people as instantly replaceable nothings. but again, you should know that going in. it's an "it is what it is" situation. there was only 1 caviar, which was by far the goat as far as actually caring about the people doing deliveries for them, but it's not the norm unfortunately. you have to learn to make the apps work for you, not the other way around. never put all your eggs in 1 basket, especially when it comes to relay which in my experience is by far the shadiest delivery company out of them all which is super disappointing since Alex was a bike courier at one time and knows what it's like. you'd think wow relay, a company for the couriers, by a courier! FINALLY. nope. oh well just another "it is what it is". also these delivery jobs weren't meant to be full time careers, just side gigs. Caviar was a different story but the landscape is entirely different now. plus if these companies see you NEED the money and it's your be all end all and you're putting in 10+ hours a day, they'll abuse you nonstop because they can and you have no choice but to put up with it. at that point you're basically a food delivery prostitute. again, make the apps work for you, not the other way around.

What you do
Very bad company you can kill yourself working for them and they dont appreciate it. The other day i had 2 deliveries on me when I deliver the 1 one I was sign out for no reason. I told them why I was sign out they didn't care they just care of the other order I had on me. The rate you too they gave me a bad rating that day for a mistake they did.

En esta aplicación puedes hacer mucho dinero, el problema es que con ellos hay demasiada arbitrariedad, no siguen el procedimiento para todos ni aún en los mismos casos, si tienes un problema te suben la reservación aunque la culpa haya sido de la app. Se supone que eres trabajador independiente pero ellos te tratan como su esclavo, si no tomas una orden te puede afectar tu calificación y te sube la hora de reservación, pero en muchas ocasiones aunque trabajes bajo la lluvia y tengas una semana sacando 99 tu reservación nunca bajara.
I work for this company during the pandemic but when they see the things getting better they closed our reservation system, They never appreciate their riders they treat them like dogs, Egotistical selfish staff !!!!!!
This is company is good but they open for reservations too late at that moment everything is closed, the people who work for this use on their Samsung phones GPS simulator and auto clicker they cheat the app and they delivery automatic right away they pick the food at the restaurant and automatic get another pick up this is bullshit for who work on the right way is no fear! I can’t take anything for me!!!

@@puppy9481 I get rated 99 every time. The riders at the top stay at the top and there's no room for anyone else to advance. This company isn't so great if they keep hiring when there aren't any spots left.

@@mr.c4p You go to "Shift Viewer" and next to your past shifts it shows a green number on the left. That's your rating for the shift.

By the time they "open" everything is already full..how the hell are you supposed to even get slots? I'm guessing you have to be around for a while to get some sort of early access? Its never been explained...
