Chris Audet has been Kayaking since 1997. He's an ACA L4 Coastal Kayaking Instructor, an ACA L4 White Water Kayaking Instructor, and has earned his British Canoeing 4-Star Award. He's also a Master Maine Sea Kayaking Guide, and a licensed Maine Recreation Guide, as well as being a member of the P&H Sea Kayaks Pro Paddling Team. When not on the water, he's lead singer in the Van Halen tribute band, BalancE.
Blue Hill Reversing Falls is a phenomenon created when the tide is being funneled into a narrow channel. This can create standing waves up to three feet high with a run up to 200 yards in length, depending on the tide.
