Great video! Just signed an initial contract with Toll Brothers. Very informative! My next step is to pick structural. I agree Toll Brother's had better features than Triponte, and an overall better product than most builders in my area. However, TriPonte had better pricing on lot premiums. Appreciate the content!

I really really really want that video to be fake. I really do. Buddy, I appreciate your video very much, BUT you're making a huge mistake: Buying a house at a time the real state in US is at a historic high price. In a year or two that house's value will probably be 50-60% of what you're paying today.
