Yes, you can apply now. And you will get 90 days visa with 30 days entry validity so you don't have to worry about that. Website has issues, but it has worked for many others. One of the Traveler from UK used VPN to change his location and get it booked because he was facing issue in UK. You can go through comments for more info.

This is eVisa-on-arrival. Which can be applied 14 days prior to arrival date. I think even a month before works. There are few issues with the website, so be a little careful. Also, depending on your country passport you can even get visa on arrival at Indonesia airport

There are some issues with the website to obtain eVOA and the customer support sucks. But there are people who have obtained it without hassel.

Sorry, No, you cannot do that. I had replied to your other comment as well. You can apply 48 hrs before your arrival date. You will not find an option in "Date of Arrival" (ecd.beacukai.go.id/ ) field for a day 1 week before your travel date.

As your error says, your countries passport is not applicable to eVisa. You might have to get your visa by visiting Malaysian Consulate or Embassy in your country. Let me know your country, I can cross check and confirm once again.

If you go to this link - ecd.beacukai.go.id/ you will have a field "Date of Arrival". This will have only next couple of days as the entry. So you can fill it around 48hrs before your arrival. Also, it hardly takes few minutes so can be done when you are waiting to board your flight as well :)

Yes, e-CD needs to be completed before your arrival. You can do it online, here is the link - ecd.beacukai.go.id/ Or you usually get a the form on airplane to complete it. Or you can complete it after arrival at the airport through the computer/form.

You can apply 14 days before the date of arrival. Depending on your country passport you can check for visa on arrival at the airport. If applicable you can opt for visa on arrival at airport. We have noticed a lot of issues with electronic visa on arrival applications. If you don't have a problem with standing in a queue at airport for visa you can go for it.

Glad you liked the video. This is a tricky thing. When you apply for eVOA you can extend the visa online, but you need to provide an outbound ticket when applying for eVOA. If you are applying visa on arrival at the Indonesian airport, I think you might need to contact immigration for an extension. I tried to find out everywhere for its answer but was unable to find one. But there was a traveler who had extended his visa in the comment section. Once you submit you should get a payment option. Also, you should receive an email from where you should be able to make payment. If not there is an option to download visa on home page of website you can enter your details and try to find your application and make payment. Try checking the status of your application. There is a download button, click that and enter your details, and find. Try to find the status and we will try to find what went wrong. There are a lot of issues with this website. People of lost money and did not receive visa. Customer support is equally bad. If your passport supports visa on arrival in Indonesia, you can even think of opting for that.

@@rakshitkatariya If you did not make any payment that is good. You can try again, or else better take visa on arrival in Indonesia. People have faced issues after making payment as well, they have ended up losing money.

Return ticket needs to be uploaded while you apply for eVOA. As you will be getting 30 days of visa from the arrival date. I would say plan your return and you can also apply for visa on arrival in Indonesia, if your passport is valid for visa on arrival. In case your return date is not finalised, book a cancellable ticket and you can change you date of departure later.

Hello. Return flight ticket is a mandatory requirement for eVOA to be processed. You can either apply 2 weeks prior if you receive your tickets. Or else you can take you visa on arrival in Bali, if it’s available for your country’s passport . There are issues with the website as well so it might be good option as well. You have to wait in a long queue which is a draw back.

Yes. There is no Visa Free entry to enter Indonesia. And for any duration less than or equal to 30 days you have to take a B1 visa and pay for it.

@@hariharanhariharasubramony3719 You can wait for few more days and apply. It is described on the website to apply between 14 days to 2 days of your arrival. I would recommend apply 1 month prior.

Validity will start from the date you mention on the application. It is given to apply 2 weeks prior to your visit, but it should be fine applying 1 month earlier as well.

August might be way to early to apply now. You can apply for Visitor Visa 14 days before your travel. However, you are advised to create an Visitor Visa request at least 48 hours before your departure. You can try 1 month prior as well. The validity period of your Visitor Visa begins from the date specified in your application. Also, just a tip, some people have faced issues with the eVOA, you can read comments below. If you face any issue, you can also get a Visa on Arrival in Indonesia, I guess that option is available for GB passport, though it might be crowded at airport.

@@nevinkv800 Documents should be similar to the one you would be using for eVOA. The process depends on the number of people arriving, so that might be a little time consuming. I am not aware about the payment but there are few people in comment section who got their visa on arrival, you can try to reach out to them for first hand information.

When did you receive your first visa? As they are still 2 separate visas you might get the other one soon. Also, simultaneous drop a support ticket for visa immigration, not sure if they will respond. Unfortunately, Indonesian website has a lot of issues and no help from the support as well. You can read the comments here with different issues people have faced. You might get your other visa in few days. Worst case scenario, take visa on arrival from Indonesian airport.

If you still don’t want to take chance you can book refundable ticket which will cost you a little extra. Also, it is noticed that the website has lot of issues, so you can even plan on getting the visa on arrival in Indonesia airport.

Sorry to hear this, but unfortunately there are a lot of issues with Indonesia's visa website. This has happened to another traveler, and you can read the comments for more info. We had tried almost everything we can like contacting support, reaching out of social media, etc. What I would suggest is: 1. Try to reach out to immigration support. Let's see if they have improved. 2. Reach out on all the social media platforms to contact immigration. 3. Check your visa status once again after a few hours if there is any update. 4. If nothing works I would suggest to raise a complaint with bank and say the transaction was failed and reverse it. An if your country passport supports visa on arrival at the airport in Indonesia, just take it over there. Also, read through the comments you will get more information from people who have faced the same issue.

@@sarahowen4938 well payment was immediately credited back in my account. I tried using my card thrice and the same thing happened. Then I used my friends card and payment went through. Just like me maybe your card has some problem to process payment so try using another card. Also don't forget to make payment for that new Bali Tax levy for tourism purpose of 150k.

Got a information contratry to the above one, thought to share it with you. This is for cruise ship. molina.imigrasi.go.id/front/faqs/university Do I need an Visitor Visa if I am on a cruise ship? For now, Visitor Visa is only available at Soekarno-Hatta Airport and Ngurah Rai Airport. If you land not at that port of entry, you can apply for another type of visa (e-VISA Application, visa on arrival at the port of entry, visa at Indonesian Embassy/Consulate).

You can apply for a new eTA now while your first eTA is in processing status. Your eTA is valid for a single entry into Kenya, but if you only visit certain East African Community Partner States, including Uganda, your eTA remains valid for more than one entry as long as it hasn't expired. Since Somalia is not one of these states, you will need a new eTA for your return to Kenya.

Hi. Currently you will need ETA everytime you enter Kenya. Alternatively, you can go to Kenya first, and then travel to Uganda and Tanzania, and take a return flight from either Uganda to Europe or Tanzania to Europe.

Are you trying out both the options ? Webcam and uploading a scanned copy? If not try both and try multiple times with different and more clear photos. Let me know if it helps, if not we can try out something else.
