I go to bed at 8 PM and wake up at 4 AM. It is currently winter where I live. Should I take a cold shower right after waking up or wait until 5 or 6 AM? I'm a student, so I need to leave for school at 6:40 AM. I usually wake up at 4 AM to study because I find it easier to focus at that time. Thank you!
