2019 version is way easier.. i came here looking for help how to beat it on hard, yours didn't have like half the number of guys to get through..

This "go for gold"-strategy seems to be the only one really working since the patch. Buying an alliance with the pirates really shifts the match. On hard difficulty it is otherwise ridiculously hard to defend against 4 players at once, never mind 5 players if you try and go for a wonder.

That would a nice ability to have available on console.. it's pretty much impossible to move the cursor fast enough and select troops to move and engage.. and it doesn't help either with sending all villagers to repair it. Quite tough challenge

The free steel types we get are pretty good. Made this event pretty easy. I dunno if I want to pull for Lear or not but that is one stylish outfit. Grats on Chuck!

How do you change the game speed? I tried to use the menu option --> game tab --> I can see the game speed is normal, but there is no drop down for me to pick a speed. What is the keyboard shortcut for changing game speed?

This mission the slower you attack, harder you fight as enemy glow stronger. Hit enemy fast and destroy some production would slow enemy down.

Thanks for the video. AI is greifing me on this one. Every time I nearly get the first TC down or move to take the gold they throw like 20 mounted units at me and no amount of micro is saving me, plus I can't seem to prevent age 3 because they take most of the villagers and move them to the gold in the first place. I'm probably gonna try a fresh save to see if that helps as I saved after the intro to see if that would save time.

I get Hatterene and a new copy for Garbodor, Marshadow and Duraludon. The last year only I get an Urshifu.

You played verry fast and destroyed blue earlie. i recentlly played the mission and i picked destroying the allies i destroyed green(charles orléans) and yellow(jean d'alencon) and then decided why not destroy blue(bernard armagnac) instead of cyan jean de bourbon) BIG MISTAKE if you wait verry long blue is a power house who keeps spamming paladins trebushed, champions and mangonels. you acted fast. So if you want to destroy blue do it fast like you did other wise its a pain and you better of destroy the other allies. Easiest way is to pick up the relics because all the monastaries are outside the base so you can easilly snipe them.

i enjoy you're lets plays a lot not a lot lets players give commentary what they are doing. Its a fine touch to see you're face while you're playing. Wich software are you using to capture the game

This is good in theory, but they have obviously changed this mission since this video, unfortunately. 5 minutes in and I've got 15 green champions behind my base knocking down my TCs. To be clear, good video regardless of the patch changes.

Fix post processing in graphic settings because it's unbearable to look at edges of trees and buildings.

I feel like those Cho ko nu and bombard cannon better to protect your town from landing troop and fleet bambardment, especially take out raider on Korea. Rush get them after save wonder.

On the west side that was left dark in this run, there is an alternate route that comes from the sea and a small easter egg, spoiler alert: There is a castle and some towers that collapse with an earthquake! XD

They wanted to emulate the old Roman Empire, yet they were Christian, hence the name "Holy Roman Empire".

I think I'll try this on easy. Playing through everything on hard and walls with focus fire has been a saving grace. Maybe I'll use the house wall to cut off some choke points but trying to keep track of all the units and protect 7 vulnerable spots is just so dam hard. That's without helping my allies too.
