👍👍👍👍👍, some nice size fish.
Yes sir and thanks for watching.
I love how you mounted your graph, i was gonna go fishing today but i might relocate my graph first lol thanks for sharing
Nice fish and trip my friend. Thanks for taking us with you in your adventure. Liked and subbed from a fellow fisherman. Stay safe and connected!
Thanks Mark I appreciate it
Beautiful water! I need to find some creeks like that to poke around in. Great video!
Google earth and a tank full of gas can help you locate some great areas. Some work out and some don’t. Thanks for watching.
Awesome 👏👏👏. Some good ones!
Thanks, had a great trip.
Great video... I would rather catch a bunch of small o es in a peaceful environment than a 5 pounder with jet skiers, party boats and tournament fisherman.
Yes I agree on that! Thanks for watching
Definitely worth the extra work getting in to those places. Thanks for taking us along dude!
Thank you for watching. Means a lot.
I just went out in the garage, used six colors, and made one that looks pretty close. It's probably the best one I've made.
👍👍👍👍👍😀, I appreciate the info on the baits you use as it gives me a base line for choices. I will be getting back into fishing again shortly as I'll be living a couple of hundred feet from a 10k acre lake in northeast TX. Was a live bait guy mostly...when i fished in earlier yrs.
Thanks for watching.
I don’t know how I’ve never even thought of a whopper plopper on the river. I catch tons with jigs and plastics. But I never even think of my hard baits.
A whopper plopper and buzzbait can be great baits and you can cover lots of water. It will call them out of heavy cover sometime when the bite is slow
That color with the teak really grows on you! Good looking boat!
Thank you
thanks budy, I was not able to put this bag. From Barcelona 🙂
Hi. I can’t get a clear definitive answer anywhere regarding the transducers mounted to the bottom of the dry pod. Does it require spacing to have full use of sidescan? Thanks!
Hi, thanks for watching. Some say you don’t need a spacer. I have my transducer mounted to two 1/2 spacers that are epoxied together for a total of 1”and works great and does not scrape the bottom in shallow water.
@@dudefish1635 thanks so much!!!
Hey man. Love the setup. Can you show a quick video of you using the foot pedal? You're the first one ive seen using one on a kayak and that seems extra awesome. Thanks.
Thanks, the next trip out I will get some video of the pedal in use.
Awesome! Can't wait. Thanks
Why did you go with the pro nav over minn kota’s spotlock?
@@LoneStarViking90 I bought the Minn Kota power drive almost 4 years ago and spotlock was not available with that motor. I wanted the foot pedal that the power drive has, (left, right instead of heal toe). Plus the ProNav app is awesome in what you can do with the motor on your phone or a ipad.
I gotcha. Yeah I was thinking of doing the dry pod delete plate and putting the pedal over that for a good flat central spot to control from.
Shh 😂
You can sure enough tell it's not your first day out. Some amazing casting and unhurried yak handle, great video.
Thank you and thanks for watching. I appreciate it
A very clean well thought out efficient setup. I've pretty much have decided on the PWR 129 also and should have one in 3-4 weeks. Haven't decided on the motor setup yet but you have a very hands free operation going on there, I like it.
Thanks, I think you will love the PWR, great kayak.
Nice
Thanks
Nothing better than bass fishing
Well placed casts. Very relaxing to watch. Thanks!
Thank you so much and glad you enjoy the videos.
I'm interested in the weight distribution for your setup
Thanks, what would you like to know?
@@dudefish1635 I'm interested in weight distribution for a river application and worry the front mount application would have the survivability of a fruit fly?
@@fishntools for rivers I would probably go with a stern mount motor like the NK180 or Torqueedo .
Great video ty for the upload
Thank you for watching
Thanks for the shoutout, I absolutely love your setup man!! 🎣
Thanks TJ I appreciate it. Thanks for all the great content you put out.
Strong finish!
Thank you and thanks for watching
That “today’s conditions” gets me every time lol.
Thanks Joe, I’m glad you enjoy it. Means a lot.
This is the first time that I was the first comment.
Break out the chainsaw
Man it hurts when they attack as you're lifting the lure out..love the new kayak dude!
Yes it does. Thank you and thanks for watching
Looks so serene..
Beautiful creek
It sure is, thanks
I bought four $16 Chatterbaits Then I bought four $6 Chatterbaits imagine my disappointment when last year after fishing three different local lakes the $6 Chatterbaits absolutely no doubts whatsoever about it out produced the $16 chatter baits same size same colors same trailers same baitcasting setups Tried both again this year same results No other explanation than the fish must react more aggressively to the sound of the $6 bait I can think of no other explanation
You’re correct, I think sound is 99% of it. The blade on these have a lot of side to side movement so I believe it has great and unique sound. Thanks for watching.
What size blade and jig head are you using
2:25 in the video gives all the information on that. Thanks
I used those few times and they don’t work with all jigs . But it’s real cool to build ur own
I’ve used several different jigs and the Booyah work great!
Do you paint your blades at all?
No, I don’t paint my blades. Most of the time I use silver. Every now and then I will use black. Gold is my least favorite.
Hello. Can you tell me what your PVC spacing is for the trailer to properly have the kayak sit on the trailer.
Sorry for the late response. 10” in the front and 9” in the back. Measurements are from center to center of pipe. I hope this helps and thanks for the question.
I'll always 👍 Robert Earl Keen
Surprised you didn't hook up more with the trailer hook on that spinner bait. Usually 1 of the 2 hooks snares em. That's your "go to". Regardless - appreciate the video. Liked the scenery and music in the intro too. Keep em coming.....
Yes, I think my hooks need sharpening. Thanks Frank
great catches bud , love the spinner bait bite early spring
Thanks 👍
Love the new kayak color Dude! New paddles are always nice, too. Best of luck this year Dude!
Thanks for watching!! I appreciate it
First one bout took rod out of your hand
Yes sir it sure did😊
thats great customer service right there
i thought those rocky banks will produce better tbh wit the wind blowing on them
Nice upgrade! Love that lifetime warranty.
👍 awesome
Yes sir, thanks
Nice Video. Crescent is the best. Where did you get the 1” seat risers?
I can’t remember the guys name. Search the Crescent facebook group. I found him there.
@@dudefish1635Thank You.
search 3D Yak
Aaron Wells is the guys name on the crescent Facebook page. He made mine 1” custom. Didn’t want the 1.5” as it’s to high for the CK1 in my opinion
@@dudefish1635 Thank you. I agree 1” would be perfect.
#1 Customer service
Yes, top notch
20:20 into the video was a nice bass. Regardless of the size of the fish you catch, the number of fish you catch gives me to "itch" to get out there. Appreciate your videos.
I appreciate all the comments Frank. Means more than you know. That’s why I like sharing my fishing adventures because of subscribers like yourself. 😊
Great job on Day 1!
Thank you!! I appreciate it
Congrats on your great finish. Were you in the Shoalie
Thanks, I was in the PWR😊
Caught some nice fish on day 1! Well done.
Thank you for watching 😊
nice video, what was the water temperature? where did yo launch for this day? thanks
