Is that why we are tired, bros? We don't have any quest at all. We are lost in the billions. Yes, art is long but what to chase in so much intensity? We lost our goals. We lost our meanings. We stopped living. We are just surviving.
I definitely understand the feeling. I used to be somebody. I did interesting things that mattered, at least some of the time. As you said there is always art and creative lursyits. There is also helping. The world is full of people who are quietly desperate for a helping hand, a bent ear, a few words of encouragement... we are very private and trained to suffer in silence. But if you can find the strength to risk the awkwardness or occasional embarrassment, you'll be amazed just how hungry people are for a little humanity, a little kindness. And for better or worse, it's a quest you can repeat ad infinitum, since it doesn't look like human suffering and need are going away any time soon. 😅😅
