I hope that your surgery went smoothly and that you are healing now. to answer your question, yes, my cycles went back to normal (28 days) after the 2nd month. The first cycle after my loss was long and hard to track since I bled for a couple of weeks after my loss. I'm sending so much love your way 🧡

Definitely! I see on video the mistakes I was making and I’ve since had my coach show me how to do it properly in order to protect my shoulders. (This was a few days ago) I’m doing this with lighter weight and focusing on form from now on. After 9 shoulders dislocations I just need to be extra careful.
