Dragon Trail - Gardens Reverse - 10 Lap Race Weekly Challenges - World Touring Car 700 Why did I use this car, well I had a hard time in finding a car that suited this race, so after many attempts, I decided on the BAC Mono, It is not really a Touring Car but it worked. And yes I was chasing the Winning Credits!

Weekly Challenge Race - World Touring Car 800 Suzuka Circuit - 10 Laps Used Hard Tyres and FM1 to pass slower cars, then FM4 to conserve fuel. Weekly Challenge Race - World Touring Car 800 Fuji International Speedway - 10 Laps Used Intermediate Tyres and a fuel mix of 1 on fast sections and 4 on slower sections which resulted in no Pit Stops. I would turn the color saturation and contrast down a little. And turn off the Vivid for sure.
I love this Canon G5X mark ii. But I’ve noticed in a few other demonstration videos also, that although very sharp.. it’s a little dark. Too rich ? Maybe just a tiny bit under exposed. 🤷🏻♀️
looks like you used the Music Replay with the Normal Replay worked well, and the in car cut scenes made for exciting racing...Great Video

Seems the perfect vehicle for track conditions that require 4 Wheel drive especially for snow looks like I will have to order one from my local garage

Bravo! Thank you for such a Gorgeous, Calming and Tranquill Video! I am stuck at home fighting one of the worst "Colds" in my life; borderline pneumonia. I was feeling depressed because I haven't been able to go outside and enjoy my Passion for Photography in weeks. I'm so tired of videos where Everyone has a different opinion about this camera, that lens, blah, blah, blah! Of course I'm a lifetime Canon Shooter. I'm an unknown in the Photography world but at 65 years young, I keep watching "Informative Videos: not purely opinionated videos. You just presented stunning pictures with 3 different lenses and they all looked stunning. I recently upgraded to The R6mkII and I gave my son my R6 with the RF24-105 f4 That upgraded him from the 5DmkIV Now here is where things got interesting for me. I had the RF 24-70 f2.8 but found myself "Missing" the 104 focal length. Well, along comes the "Preorder" for the Stunning new Canon RF 24-105 f2.8 for $3,000 How can I make it happen? I jumped online and "Flipped" my 24-70 for $1,475 before the price dropped online from all The Camera retailers That was a big help I pulled off some aggressive "Overtime Hours" to earn some extra cash. Unfortunately I got sick and have only had about 5 or 6 really good Photo Opportunities with R6 mkII and new lens. Yes it's expensive! Yes it's bulky, heavy and "Ginormous!" But damn is it good! So far I have shot some local "Cars & Coffee Events, Some Holiday Christmas Lights at Night. and some Early Morning Sunrise and Landscape Photography The Low Light Pictures are Very Impressive. My biggest test will come in May when I have a "Homecoming Football Game and Dance to Shoot. Thanks again for the gorgeous soothing pictures and inspiring an old guy to get well, get my sick ass off the couch and take more pictures

Thank you for your comment, as for tips that is a difficult one to answer as it depends on your skill set with using a camera, this camera is fairly easy to use and there are plenty of training web sites from beginner to advanced available. Also I bought this camera for a holiday in Spain as I did not fancy taking my Canon R6 MKII or the R7 and a load of lenses. Just enjoy your photography, but the only main thing you need to do is get your composition correct. There are other videos on this channel from my trip to Spain, suggest you watch them and see if you can get some aspiration as to the type of photography you would like to do.
@@TheRifleBrigade - Thanks for the reply. I'm used to shooting manual (previously Canon & Fuji) but a point and shoot with this much functionality is new to me. I shall experiment and see what's what.

Yes, there is, but as I usually shoot landscapes with the aperture at f5.8 - f12 it is usually not present.

Thank you, I only bought the camera this year for use as a travel camera as I did not fancy taking my R7 or R6 MKII abroad Will post them up as soon as the post production and video is completed could be a while as I took approximately 800 images!

Great Race, but you made it difficult for yourself at the end, I assume you started on the Hard Tyre, so come in for new Slick Tyres on lap 4 that would undercut the lap 5 pitstops. now you will have better grip for the last 6 laps. Your rear tyres had completely gone towards the end. And no fuel as this 10 lap race can use the current fuel no problem
If I had came in for soft tyres I would have lost track position, and I do enjoy a challenge, as I never give up.

No, but it is a clone to show how it should look, bought the new PSVR2 but returned it as not up to my expectations, I am sure there lots of owners who will love it, just not for me as to restrictive.

I do not own the camera anymore , in any case I only used Canon lenses, I have now moved over to Canon mirrorless camera bodies. But the 90D is still a brilliant camera.

Does the EVF quality not bother you?
Not at all, never gave me any concerns, I also have a R5 and yes it is brighter and sharper but then that is reflected in the price.
@@TheRifleBrigade are there settings to make it smoother? I have an EOS R and I just looked at an R7 at the camera shop and it looked poor and jittery. Do you nothing the lag or jitter? Or do you think that may have just been the lack of proper setup and being in a poorly lit showroom?
@@dubbleA100 hard to say, it could be that it was set to view non mirrorless and was using the optional optic display which has been ported from the R3. Again it could have been the poor light that you mentioned but unlikely.

Tried after the most recent update? I’m turning 2:16, 2:13, 2:12, 2:13, 2:11 and can’t get 1st. A multiple cars and get within 2 seconds but just can’t finish it off. Great racing- I’ll try a mustang today.
When you approach the long bends, try easing off so you float around the bends keeping off the brakes, it works for me. Good luck.

So correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the highest frame rate in 4K Fine was 30fps on the R7?
I thought I had got away with it, yes you are correct it was shot in 4K Fine @ 25fps [PAL Region] After I had posted video and started to get some decent views I noticed the error on the information banner "no one will notice" guess I was wrong.

Looks good. What picture profile did you use in the video, it didn't seem to crush the shadows to hard
For video I have it set to Auto as I find this works well, also I do some colour grading in FCP (but I am looking for a plugin so I can be more creative and create some masks) normally I just need to pull the exposure down a couple of clicks. I mainly shoot images only, but I am looking at getting into video a bit more!
@@TheRifleBrigade it seems to have better dynamics than previous Apsc. I used to shoot with SL2 and neutral picture profile, it was great for anything under 800iso
