Pur Mason Jars
มุมมอง 1521 วันที่ผ่านมา
The problem I'm having with Pur brand mason jars sealing. Upon more testing I've decided it best to discard both Pur rings and lids. Revision 08/09/24: The problem is actually the jars. When I attempt to tighten rings a little more than finger tight, they simple jump the threads. I tried their lids and rings on Ball and Kerr jars and they worked just fine. I had bought 24 Pur pint jars but will...

This is a progress report on my preparation for bad weather, etc. I have very limited space. I live alone and have pretty much tured my house into a hobby shop. This is my biggest challange for prepping for any change from the routine. Hopefully this will encourage other to be prepared. CB radio and a Fiat. 1950's and 60's memories. I bought a new CB radio and was amazed how little traffic there is, here in central Florida. I guess GMRS has taken over, and of course, the cell phone. Even the Waze app gives updates about road conditions so CB for truckers is in the past. #vietnam #turkey #dragracing #cesna #1950s #1960s #flying #goodfather #greatmemories #atlanta #stonemountain...

Explique como hacer una rosca yo tengo un torno de esos pero no se como roscar
Nunca he hecho peldaños con este torno, en lugar de eso, solo uso machos de roscar y terrajas. Hay varios videos buenos publicados en TH-cam sobre este tema.
Weather is getting worse then ever I want to move to the mountains and self sifucient I own my house but iam stuck in the hamster wheel of pay check to pay check but I teaching my kids how-to be self sustainable
We are often victims of our choices we make in life. The "wheel" we are on is our own creation and a thing of some comfort. Often it takes traumatic events to break the cycle. Regardless, the road to change is to put a little money aside each payday. This often means being content living below our income level. I taught my children to ask 3 questions before spending money: 1) Do I need it (not want it) 2) Do I need it now 3) if yes to questions 1 and 2 then question is am I getting the best value
I just vote policy rather than personality...and the policies of the Dems don't do it for me. Whatever. Keep selling those options. You actually got me back into selling options so thank you for that. (BTW, I live in the northeast and may have to move south just to cool off!)
I just cannot bring myself to vote for a felon. I do like Harris and hope she can pull in the womens vote. Thanks for your comment. cp.sync.com/files/5756232158
Sir how much ROI i should expect monthly?
Monthly amount will vary but annual return is about 13% or better. This is not a get rich quick scheme.
What in the world is going on here? 😮
Justing testing the limits
25 years machinist experience and i would use this to show rookies how not to use a lathe.....good luck buddy.....i had to stop watching.
Thanks 👍
I'm so happy I found your channel. Your presence, albeit virtual, is very soothing. Kind regards from Germany! - Anna
Thank you so much!
😮I know, right??? It's absolutely outrageous!!! It's a time waster and it just makes me want to scream at the human!! Thank you for posting this, it's nice to know that I'm not alone.🙋🏼♀️💕
Yeah I feel sorry for the customer service personnel. But hey, it's getting to be less human and more AI which means no customer service at all. I don't do business with Expedia anymore because I could not speak to a human to get a problem resolved. th-cam.com/video/TO9KUk04Xcc/w-d-xo.html
that was great, what advice would you give to an 18 years old who is in the last steps to become a profitable trader ?
At a young age error can be recovered from. Time is on your side so taking on some risk can be rewarding. At my age, I'm just interested in steady income. Good luck.
100% service connected disabled Marine veteran here retired at 32 only able to do so because of my VA benifits especially full medical coverage and living in the Philippines the money is far more than i need to live off of
I get that. I'm fortunate in that my retirement income and VA benefits allows me to have a good retirement here in central Florida. I wish you well.
Don’t plug the lathe into your cord reel. The wire gauge is too small and too long. You’ll burn out your motor. If you must use an extension cord use the heaviest cord you can (12 ga. Or even 10 ga.) so you get all the power from your lathe.
Could try air b n b
I will do that. Thanks for the suggestion.
Leave a comment on the motel on google maps to warn others
Unfortunate I fear this is a common practice here in Florida. Someone suggested AirBNB and that sounds worth a try.
Just found your channel and subscribed. Very nice lathe
Thanks and welcome
You are going to have a BAD accident right there my friend! You MUST have a live center to do what you are trying to do, Or you chuck it up closer to the spindle and turn like 1" at a time until you have the length you want, But with rebar that might be a problem as well trying to keep it concentric.
In most cases I did.
Thanks for the response! I appreciate you being candid about your experience haha. That walk sounded pretty brutal. I'll be sure to look at MSC cruises in the future. Also, that laser engraved box is cool. Keep up the good work with the videos!
I'm like a Timex watch. I take a lick'n but keep on ticking.
First golden rule of every lathe machinist: whenever you haven't the slightest idea of what you’re doing, wipe your fingers on a cloth.
Which cruise line did you take? I'm thinking of going on a Carnival cruise but I've heard mixed reviews about them
MSC Magnifica See this video: th-cam.com/video/5liFvDFImcQ/w-d-xo.html
Nice little machine. You would have a nice time cutting aluminum over rebar. It would have scale on it. Nasty stuff to machine.
I was testing the limits of it. Turned about 24 feet of rebar. No problem, just had to take small cuts.
Can we talk about the market maker model
Study this and then I will answer your questions about it. ln5.sync.com/dl/706d92b50/ne3bk43t-t9zvyqk5-225jmjni-n9fz42ps
@@gmsoptions thank you sir Good from here
Nice looking papa you!!
Thank you kindly
You are a losee
I suggest a great utube video series (of 31 short articles) for you. they were very informative for me.
Cool, thanks!
Essential it’s The wheel options strategy sell puts to acquire shares get paid a premium if u get assigned, sell calls get paid a premium if shares get taken away from you sell puts again.
I've never tried to put a name to it. My concept of a transaction set helps me account for it all.
Look good on ya for having a go, but did you have a insert in the tool?
Oh yeah.
Awesome video pa❤
Glad you liked it
Agreeable. At some point it gets interesting how the money may move Take it easy sir
Thanks
Agree with you Gary, chaos everywhere and power agendas are in the way to find reasonable solutions 😢
Whats the book about? Depending on how long it is far in you are maybe brainstorm on setting up the overall tones, give the reader a foundation to stand on or going in-depth more on the current section idk...
Actual talking about my actual life.
If you think a thought more than once, write it down. Then... ?
Keep going sir, ur gonna do great
Thank you, I will
Hi friend, this is from anyear ago. i am doing the same learning at my 6_'s and no shame no regret at all: i began with small rebar and learn shouldn't be more than 3 -4 inches and the worse are the two lines beside the "seeds": remive with a grinder but my two advises: use or try if your pocket let you buy new bar sae 1010,or 1020or 1040 or 1045 or eve 4140 without heat treatment.rebar are not so hard but very dificilt because its form even for experienced people with big lathe,2)put higher the lathe almost under your elbows or will pain your back. Hope see you in the fight next videos!!!
Lots of people are saying to watch a few videos of others. Please buy a book on basic turning. It will teach you far more than watching any video. You do need to learn some basic theory first. As for a long length of rebar, that nobly stuff is a very poor place to start. If you must, then 3" worth will do. But please only take small cuts.
Sústruh vevor je pekný na výstavu, ale na prácu je to šrot 😂
Grandpa wt ur talking about 😅😊
Getting everyone to converse on the same level. Peace
DO NOT DO THIS AT HOME. 1st of all it's not so much the hardness of the rod it's the interrupted cut, its length in comparison to dia., and not using a proper center drilled for the tailstock. These machines are not meant to be used like this. Machining is a skill and can be extremely dangerous. You sir should buy a book or watch other videos to get started or you will be soon missing fingers or worse. I couldn't even watch to the end seeing the initial setup.
What personal rules do you set for yourself for what stocks you allow yourself to sell puts on and why? Thank you for sharing your expertise.
1. Must be an actively traded (listed) stock. 2. Must have a good balance sheet. 3. Very nice if it pays a dividend. 4. Must be active in the options market I look for older companies with a postive cash flow with that result for years. I like companies who make things or have a history of doing well in the retail sector. Remember, my objectives are very short term - one week or one month.
@@gmsoptions Thanks for sharing! I love seeing other people's rules. I've been investing for over a decade now and just learned options three years ago and started to dedicate a portfolio to wheeling about 2 years ago. Right now my only rules are: 1. Must be a strong conviction stock 2. Must have good leadership at the company 3. Companies can't be in debt and should hold lots of money 4. I can see the company with a 10+ year future with their current most 5. The 50-60days til expiration options return an annualized return of 30-50% 6. If I'm covered call on a stock, I won't sell more than 5% at any one time 7. If I'm cash secured put I'll open at least 2 contracts so I can close one earlier and let the other run 8. If my options are 50% in profit before 20 of those 50-60 days til expiration, I'll take the 50% and de-risk
Thank you I need to hear this
This is a beautiful reminder! The little things are literally why I'm still alive. The tiny spider building her web, the butterfly flitting about, and the birds singing their songs. It's all magic and beauty, if they can keep going then do can I.
Thanks for the advice and words of wisdom.
Thank you for all your hard work and wisdom with option writing.
So nice of you
Wow this video is still going viral, I am so glad I shared this across all my social media accounts, it’s helped a ton of people. You deserve all of this attention and much much more. Thank you for all your hard work, financial literacy is the most important skill to learn in the developing world.
Keep kicking ass
Not only will Ai not do those jobs, neither will today’s generation. Skilled builders are becoming more and more rare every year, you don’t have enough people taking over the positions that other people are leaving behind because of retirement, the skills are not being passed down to our younger generations. If you you are a young kid looking for a career this is definitely going to pay off
