I used to come here as a kid, we would come every summer for at least 6 years. Haven't been back in over a decade, so cool to see it again! It's beautifully renovated!

Avec qui avez vous fait affaire pour le transport des motos ? Satisfaits ? Dispendieux ? quelle référence voyage avez vous pris pour planifier l'itinéraire ? Merci et superbe montage !
Pour le transport j’ai utilisé www.amerikamoto.com, très satisfait, le coût 2021 1199$ aller-retour, il y a aussi des forfaits clé en main. Il est aussi possible d’utiliser Fly & Ride, je vais l’utiliser en 2022 pour Colorado. J'ai fait le trajet avec certaines informations trouvées un peu partout. J’ai ajouté les trajets (GoogleMaps) journée par journée en description, simplement à cliquer sur le lien, j’ai aussi les fichiers GPX si jamais tu es intéressé. Bon voyage!

Totally unnecessary to have that air gap. You only need that if your oven isn’t hot enough as you have to leave the pizza in too long and the base burns. Cook at 1000f for 60-90 secs with the stone directly on top of the heat deflectors and the base will be so so much better.
Me the bottom of the pizza burns without having space.
I agree with more heat. Unfortunately the direct heat from below is making the stone hotter then the indirect heat from above and the bottom wil burn. You need a work-around like the 2 stones to equal and balance the heat flow.
Where do I find that pizza stone?
Any stone for bbq. You will find it at the hardware store or bbq store. Have a good day Hignley Boy.

Yep u need a heat deflector a spacer then your stone
Only if you’re not cooking hot enough. 1000f with the stone directly on the deflectors and cook for 60-120 seconds only.
@@TheJoeharper1988 I have tried with 1000 and for me, does not work with the Kamado Joe.
not hot enough, you need to push it to 800-900 (or more i bake my pizzas at 1,000F, for around 60-90 seconds ;) ) + have a look at "no knead" pizza
