A personal exploration of Firearm parts, and gear reviews as I experience them. Please keep in mind that my opinions are just that, an opinion. While some of my background may lend itself in swaying my opinion one way or another, I by no means claim to be an expert. Thanks for watching.

Beretta 92 Grips on the Girsan Regard. Do They Work?
มุมมอง 608ปีที่แล้ว
Hello everyone, Just wanted to share my experience with LOK grips for the Girsan Regard. Hope this is helpful for other owners out there. SKU is B92TV for the grips I purchased. I am not affiliated in any way with LOK grips, but was genuinely surprised on how different it made the gun feel.
EAA Girsan Regard MC 9mm Initial Thoughts & Impressions
มุมมอง 2.6Kปีที่แล้ว
Hello everyone, Just wanted to create and share a small series going over the Girsan Regard. I am pretty curious about these clones and figured my experience could help others justify if the purchase is worth it or not. I am not affiliated with EAA or Girsan in anyway. I bought my Regard MC for almost exactly 375 and thought it could be a fun experiment. I hope these videos could prove to be he...
There’s a firing pin safety block (a piece of metal in the way of the striker that gets out of the way as you pull the trigger). As long as it isn’t gunked up or tampered with that pistol is 100% drop safe
Where did you get the compensator!?!?!? And the barrel
@@AN.G_ The barrel is a factory threaded barrel from Canik. The comp is a Disruptive Defense comp.
Thank you sir!! But for the barrel it has to be for the canik mete or it can be from any canik model
@AN.G_ The comp will fit any threaded barrel, but to achieve the same build as mine, you need the canik mete threaded barrel for the MC9
@ChuckWorx ah okay i understand because i have the canik mc9ls and i wanted to put a comp on it but i dont know if the mc9ls would fall under the gen 2 category or gen 3 i tried google but there not much information about it and the canik website doesn't have any threaded barrels yet
yeah! that's what I was looking at!!
What comp is that
@@wildinlife7858 That would be the Disruptive Defense comp.
Dropped mine the other day while loaded was getting out the car and Apperantly I didn’t get my seatbelt all the way off pulled it and it hit ground really hard and back side down didn’t even have the firing pin go forward at all so idk if I trust these reviews being as mine disnt do that and I even tested it again not loaded and mine didn’t do this
@@buddahyt4445 It has to be dropped at a very specific angle to drop the indicater, and even then mine stopped the striker from hitting the primer. Again this is just an example of one, but I'd say they are drop safe.
some after market fit ok others you need to tweek them enjoy
they are great own 2 92s one of which is the MCBX the girsan version of the m9a3 and had the langdon kit down loaded and the threaded barrel crowned to the slide it is my carry gun PS rustolem makes a neon orange paint use that for the front sight and if you want a lighter trigger pull 14lb hammer spring if you have the right punch tool you can do it yourself I have done it on mt second one big diffrence enjoy
Any reliability issues with the lower striker spring? Just installed one, looking forward to see how shoots
Sorry for taking so long to get back to you. I'm currently over 1k rounds with this setup. No light primer strikes.
@@ChuckWorxno worries, just took a class last weekend and shot over 1000 rounds for the weekend and zero issues 👌 Definitely a great upgrade especially for the cost
These are great guns. Absolutely love the regard series
Where did you find those snazzy grips?
LOK Grips!
do what I did down load langdon kit you will not be sorry
I have already thrown the kit at it. And you are not wrong. Absolute game changer!
Nice. Just subbed. How's the slide action compare to a 92? The Beretta is butter smooth.
Thanks, I appreciate it. It was a little sticky at first. But it has definitely smoothed out a lot since taking it to the range. Just started cleaning and tear down. So I'll have better feedback soon.
