@@cloudcs that’s why I hated trying to do my air juggle sephy montage. Having to go through all the other stuff 🤣 also I have an idea that can help make the sephy reborn faster with no materia cloud. In the fight before with Zack and Cloud. Stall the fight to get Cloud Limit. It will then carry over to the next reborn fight! even if you die.

Trinity Strike is the most elegant move in Tifa's moveset imo. Even scarier if buffed with Starshower beforehand😮 That and with darkside bosses are dead in seconds lol

@@cloudcs 😮😮😮 that is pretty deadly combination. btw at first I had trouble with trinity strike timing, and was super inconsistent for me. but then I noticed the bottom left attack menu will display for a second when to press next button!! 😅 I just use that now, still requires timing of course, but nice to have that as a que.

@@cloudcs Yah I can see why!! Especially since your pattern activates Corsair’s ability super quick. I’m not a huge fan of how they did the Limit Breaks this time around to be honest…. I hate how you can’t just pick what you want. It’s dumb they make you use the Synergy Abilities to get the higher level Limit Breaks. Don’t get me wrong, I like the Synergy Abilities, but they just should be uninterrupted when activated for one. Two, you shouldn’t take damage while doing them like the Limit Breaks, and three, the idea you have to use 2 to get your Level 3 Limit is stupid.

I am on the same wavelength regarding limit level. It's utterly stupid. They make us waste so much precious time and effort just for building limit level with synergy abilities lol. I miss being able to set my preferred limit level🥲

Counterstance has a special 'reprieve'-like effect when something hits Cloud while he enters counterstance and that's why I survived with 1hp. This doesn't work against multi-hit combos like the fast 2 or 3 hit sword combos in phase 2 and 3 as Cloud is no longer guarding when he counters

In the case of Finishing Touch, it still can hit but your positioning has to be spot on (directly facing the dragon and far away from him). If you nail it, you can see damage number popping up and inflicts bonus stagger and damage

If I were using genji gloves, I would use Infinity's End instead coz I've seen plenty of clips where it does over 30k-40k.

@@cloudcs oh really? i never considered infinity's end cause it takes so long and uses 2 atb, even doing 30/40k damage.. i did hit 14/15k before with mid air bravers, i was mostly considering braver vs onslaught, im gonna do some tests with infinity's end, thanks!
