Hi. I have a separate video about my visa if you’d like to know more. I came here on a Visitor Visa (600) valid for 3 months then applied for an extension since I couldn’t fly due to the pandemic. I was approved for a 6-month extension. Decided to get married then applied onshore for a Permanent Partner Visa. Please check-out my other video about the visa for more details. Thank you.

Hi. I think it would be safe and wise if you wait for the decision before filing for a fiance visa. I think one of the requirements for a fiancé visa is a document saying that you are both free to marry. It may be in conflict if you apply soon and not able to provide the needed document. It may compromise your visa. It’s just my opinion. The decision is still yours. Good luck po.

Publication in newspapers na daw po ang gagawin namin since there’s no address on where we can send letters or notifications to him. Mas mabilis po ba process pag ganun? Hi. I’m sorry as I have no enough information about Summons by Publication. Although I am assuming that it may take longer because the court would ask you or your attorney to exhaust all means to find the address of your ex before Summons by Publication can be done. Then it depends whether he is in or out the country. If the latter, they would have to issue an extraterritorial service of summons which would surely take longer since the other party is not in the country.

Hi. After po kase ng decision nung Sept, nalaman ko lang na granted nung November. Hnd ko na po napalitan dahil nakapasa nko ng application for my Tourist Visa dto sa Australia. At ang passport ko ay nasa name pa ng ex-husband. Then February the next year po ako nakalipad at hnd na nakauwi since then.
