Love this place….but I’m not getting any younger and have had 3 back surgeries; including a spinal fusion, all the stairs could be a problem.
My husband and I were just in Bomba in October. It is one of the most adorable towns ever! There is a gorgeous very old church at the top of the town from the 13th century I think. My husband and I want to live closer to the coast but once we visited this town we thought how wonderful it would be to have a separate cute little mountain place too! Lovely! Lisa and Tony Szymanski

This property is NOT habitable. NOT. There is not a functioning bathroom or a kitchen. Two things that would make it "habitable." I doubt there is even running water.
Is bargain price. Needs lotsa work. Was there a murderrr in the bathroom. Did the Germans put those holes in the walls.

Is there a kitchen in the 2nd dwelling/ dependance? I think you mean studio apartment as a house has defined spaces for a kitchen, dining, bedroom, bathroom and living room.

People want and need to see inside the house, not just the view. Not to mention the notary process over there; if you buy a house, the notary fees are almost like the cost of the house, around 6000 Euro.

Unica (grande) pecca: il palazzo ha ricevuto solo poche basilari ristrutturazioni, (dal 1875), pertinenti le parti comuni. Il portone d'entrata è completamente da restaurare; la facciata necessita cura intensiva e successiva "pittatura" ad hoc, ça va sans dire... Molto interessante l'appartamento proposto e il prezzo di partenza. Poi si dovrà prendere atto in quale stato sia l'impianto elettrico e idraulico (in primis). Ditto per impianto di riscaldamento intera u. i. Sono spese aggiuntive al rogito molto salate in caso di strutture antiche ma malmesse. Anyway, vendendo a Milano mi trasferirei di buon grado in Abruzzo. Saluti.
I think its over priced. Its obvious this person or persons have grown out of this place. To bad we couldn't see more without their belongings. I don't like sharing anything. Causes problems. Thank you .
It is quite normal that in old, traditional apartments, there are shared areas and courtyards, but it is not for everyone to share areas. Yes, a clean apartment would have been so much better but that is not always possible
