The roof seems solid and dry!! This is a 1 euro house with a nice view in my opinion. A new build would be cheaper AND faster to do. I hate that people are living like this. If I was rich I'd buy it and gift it back to the owner redone. SAD

Rustic and lovely house with full of old world charm. Cellar room 6 is perfect for an artist studio.

It will need a complete renovation, but the end result will be a gorgeous property. The terrace is huge and the view! The tiny bedroom with the metal door to the outside would be where I would keep my art supplies. Nice find! Thank you for sharing this.

Nicely finished??? Pay attention to the roof...the rotten balcony...and the already rotten balcony doors...I can see loads of leaks and even debris. No wonder this house is still for sale in dec 2024.

Fantastic home. Nicely renovated. The only thing I’d add, initially, would be AC in the lounge, and bedrooms.

Love this place….but I’m not getting any younger and have had 3 back surgeries; including a spinal fusion, all the stairs could be a problem.

My husband and I were just in Bomba in October. It is one of the most adorable towns ever! There is a gorgeous very old church at the top of the town from the 13th century I think. My husband and I want to live closer to the coast but once we visited this town we thought how wonderful it would be to have a separate cute little mountain place too! Lovely! Lisa and Tony Szymanski
