I have to give up wine in order to make my workouts more effective and reduce inflammation that causes unwanted aches and reduces my recovery from workouts. Hoping this will reduce the belly fat 😂. My last wine was at the Battle Born event with you. Confession when my husband spent the night in the hospital after his surgery I had 2 glasses. Thank you for the reminder of the process ❤
Way to go! I was just thinking about this yesterday. The only way I can really perform at my best is if I'm not drinking. I've been limiting my wine to weekends with friends and I feel and sleep so much better!

I think it's been well over 6 months since I deleted my FB and my life, mentally and emotional has improved. I like the suggestions made from the podcast. I'll have to go listen.

I like the recommendation of total number of hours/minutes per week of exercise-- that is what I will start to track in addition to mileage!
