Consult 3 plus r2r can program a blank pcm without anything else? I connect my laptop but dont give the option to program or reprogram. Do I need to buy the file first?

Of course it does not match. However, it is illegal for a repair shop to change the mileage. You can investigate the proper protocol for this according to the rules and regulations in your area

Can you make the mvci j2534 interface and what is the price for the software
We tested a lot of J2534 interfaces and they are capable of running the software exactly as the Nissan OEM interface with one exception, they don't detect ignition on & off which is needed as part of the transmission programming.

CCF works with any software version as long as the software itself works. In other words, if you have a Pathfinder car and a properly working Pathfinder software, then CCF will work. That also goes to SDD

It was the latest version at time of the video. However the software works with all versions

Thx I did this at my shop. Btw for the new 2021 cars you don't have to get a code anymore. Made it 1000% faster.
