5hrs from zero to a 100% yes im still using it with proper maintenance it will last long. By the way my sister in law had the same vacuum i had but she used it just several times and she never use it again and when she decided to use it the battery goes dead i mean it will no longer hold charge even you charge it the whole day. Moral of the story any electronics that operates with batteries if you intent not to use it for long don’t fully charge the battery..

Ginagamitan ko lang po ng paint brush or kahit anong bursh na maliit para yung mga sulok sulok ng head matangal.. lalo na yung mga hair na iiwan sa my part ng motor ng head. Dapat po malinis yun para hnd mainitan ang motor nya dahil na hihirapan ng umikot.. iwasan lang pong mabasa yung part na yun kaya pwdng brush gamitin na mejo moist

Na confirmed nyo po sa super empty yung battery? In my case hnd pa full in an hour of charging, pero pag my naiwan pang energy sa battery mabilis na lang ma charge.. pero pag super empty talaga then in an hour full na my problema mo yung unit.. pero sakin out of the box hnd po empty yung vacuum pero nag charged parin ako.

To isolate the problem try nyo po gamitin sa max setting then time nyo kung gaano katagal magagamit ang vacuum sa max setting pag aabot ng 15-20mins goods po yung vacuum, then try to charge it again time nyo po ulit kung gaano katagal or gano ka bilis mag charge.. if my irregularities pwd nyo po contact yung store kung san nyo po nabili para ma palitan nila depending sa return policy nila.. for the record my vacuum still working up to date. Maintain lang talaga yung roller brush and filters para maganda ang suction ng vacuum. Thanks.

@@parekoykulet9667 Thank you po sa replies! Nag-reach out naman po si Deerma agad. They even called me. Kaso defective po pala talaga unit ko. Less than an hr, 4 blue lights (not blinking) na. Tried charging for 5hrs, pero 3mins lang lagi usage. Sayang, 2900 ko lang nabili nung sale kaso need i-return. Ang hassle kasi i-drop off pa sa j&t branch. Huhu. Medyo nagsisi ako sa purchase. 🥲

Yes so far okay parin po… basta clean lang po talaga ang filters yung red part and ung hepa filter.. para malakas ang suction…. Im washing it with warm soapy water then make sure na super dry talaga before install sa vacuum ulit para hnd didikit ung alikabok sa filter and titigas.

Kaysa yung naka hang sya. Katagalan kasi ung mop holder dahil paiba iba ang teperatura sa bahay tapos mabigat ang nakasabit natatangal to. Kay recommended na hnd naka hang.

Hello po, first you need to remove the extension rod, then twist the dust bin counter clockwise, tapos my indentation dun top ng hepa filter dun nyo po hawakan then hilain. Nasa video ko po yung instructions 11:20 po yung time para mas makita nyo po kung pano.. maraming salamat po sa panonood.

Yes, it’s possible to use it while charging.. it is a good idea you just need to bring powerbank and long cable with you all the time. But I don’t recommend it. It will shorten the lifespan of the battery and may cause permanent damage to your mask. And worse comes to worse it may explode due to over charging. So I DONT RECOMMEND IT.

Hello po ask ko lang if ilang taon na nagagamit ang vacuum? Bago lang po ba? Before tagalin sa charger full charged ung vacuum? Then pagka tangal sa charger walang light indicator? Or meron parin light kasi hnd lang gumagana ang vacuum? Or wala talangang ilaw after unplug sa charger ?

4-5hrs ang charging time from zero to 100% 15-20mins used if in maximum suction power 25-30Mins used if in Eco mode low suction Base on my experience using the vacuum.

Sa bahay everyday ginagamit every after used pinapagpag ko lang ang filter sa trash 🗑 para ready for the next day use. Pag na papansin ko mahina na ang suction thats the time hinuhugasan ko ang filter.. pero pwd na man every week mo hugasan. Kaso mapapadali lang ang lifespan ng filter, pag huhugasan po ang filter wag gamitan ng matutulis na bagay or matitigas na brush kasi mag himulmul ang filter. Ako till now hnd ko pa na papalitan ang filter pero my na bili na akong extrang filter na sa description box ang link for the filter replacement. (1.)Mararamdaman mo kung need mo na palitan ang filter kung nag lilinis ka na aamoy mo ung alikabok so meaning lumalabas na ung mga maliliit na particles. (2.) kapag mahimulmul na ang filter (3.) kapag hinuhugasan mo ang filter hnd na aalis ang dumi. Note: pag huhugasan ang filter pag ilalagay sa vacuum make sure na super dry na ng filter para hnd dumikit ung mga alikabok sa filter at tumigas.

@@chrisdane2014 sinasabon po, ginagamitan ko ng Liquid detergent. Pero konti lang para mabilis lang matangal ang dumi.. pero sa mga na papanood ko tinatapat lang nila sa gripo wala ng sabon sabon.. pag ginagmitan ko kasi ng sabon pumuputi ang filter and walang amoy pag nag vavacuum ako.

Thank you for making the time to leave a comment, yes the app is working as expected… nice kasi nakikita mo ung life ng filters and battery percentage, Fan speed and Mic level Sabi nila nahirapan ung ibang ma paired ang puricare sa phone you need to do si long pressed the power button for 7 seconds till mag turn on ang power light indicator and yung Bluetooth light indicator. Then if ung Bluetooth light indicator hnd blinking meaning hnd ready to pair ung device you need to do is just “single pressed” the power button then mag blink na ang light then its ready to pair

Hnd na man madaling uminit, iinit lang sya pag sobrang dumi na ng Hepa filter.. kasi mahihirapan na ang motor sa pag suction dahil covered na ng dust ang filter..

Warm water with liquid soap… then gently use the brush to remove stubborn residue.

But if you wash the hepa filter many times, I recommend to replace the filter.

You are amazing! Did you mention anything about contact points for washing the red part? Sorry I don’t understand filapino 😅

About the contact point thing I have mentioned I don’t recommend that you was the red thing, only the hepa filter.. if you wash the red filter thing the contact points gets damage or rust so it cannot deliver power to the roller brush.

Thank you Ken, so far okay na okay parin sya.. with good maintenance tatagal ang vacuum cleaner. If every slow na ang pag ikot mg roller brush ng vacuum head. Check mo ung sides ng brush, or need mo open yung mismong head unit para tangaling ung mga hair sa mismong motor ng roller bush dun kasi sila naiipon. Pag ang roller brush ng titignan mo parang walang mga hair pero ung mismong motor meron.. if my time ako gagawa ako ng video kung pano ayusin ang main head attachment.

Ohhh baka ung sinasabi mong my lock ang head at rod area ang VC20 ata yun sir.. ang VC20 plus wala nang lock sir gaya ng sabi nyo po…, and about sa red filter na sinasabi nyo po na hepa hnd po hepa filter yung red.. and ang sinasabi ko po hnd ko po nirerecommend hnd ko po sinabi na wag hugasan, then ungh sinasabi nyo po hnd hnd umiikot ang roller brush ang sinabi ko po isang factor kung ba’t hnd umiikot ang roller brush dahil rusty na ang contact point. Hnd ko po sinabi na un lang an rason, my ibang rason din po na hnd na ikot ang roller brush is minsan hnd na lock ang dust bin kaya hnd umiikot kasi hnd na close ng maayos ang bin kaya hnd tumatama ang contact points to complete the Circuit… and about sa cleaning ng dust bin.. sabi ko yun ang hnd ko gusto sa vacuum dahil need kong tagalin ang rod para mag empty… unlike sa iba… pwd kahit hnd na tangalin ang rod dahil iba ang design ng vC20 plus.. i dont need to watch other videos para maging comprehensive ang video review ko sir. Ang review ko sir is based sa experience ko using the vacuum hnd copy and paste lang from other reviewers.

And sa loob sobrang daming hair sa mismong motor. And now okay na ulit ikot ng roller. Soon I’ll make video how i did it.. para hnd sayang ang main attachment. Kasi ung iba bumibili na ng bagong main head attachment. Sobrang easy lang linisin.
