I think it is a quirk from someone who played a lot of old versions where this didn't work properly

@@wolfiespider9267 Hello, the idea that I have for this build is to make a combo from Blood Blaster, who gives max HP with every hit, and Meatapult, who increases his damage from max HP. More HP, more damage, so I'm not aiming for specific numbers. :)

how to make the utility items appear on left?

that is strange, I dont have them even on 1.62. Thanks anyway, brilliant gameplay - I managed to get to Samwise with poison build 3 times and always beats me..
