Mrs. Mainero, I am a grad student, and we are using Richard Mayer's book as our text. The problem is our teacher isn't teaching. Her only mode of teaching is having us read the textbook. I have learning difficulties, so reading for understanding is tough for me. Do you happen to have lectures available that go along with his book, so that I can listen to you teach the material? I have a deep desire to learn the material. I don't have a desire to only receive a passing grade. It isn't about grades for me. I want to become the best teacher that I can become.

Happy New Year wonderful bite-sized chunk of Mayer's theory on multimedia learning. I remember reading about Mayer when I was completing my MA in Education Technology back in 2002 maybe even bought the book for my instructional design class. In the classroom I applied different components of the Mayer theory with impressive student outcomes. 👨‍🏫👨‍🏫🎓🎓
