very good I practice gary lam style and william cheung style I find them to train more soft but for more brutality leung ting style or sifu tassos or better still shanxi xing to very direct
I do Wing Tsun Leung Ting lineage and im always seeing lame excuses and poor forms for wing chun on here. I gotta say this is not one of them. Very clean techniques and tho I dont speak chinese I could understand what he was getting at. Good stuff.
in most martial arts there are lots of banded moves as u mentioned I should have said most Chinese martial arts do not have a ground game; those martial arts do not work on the ground with a one on one opponent.... what ufc needs is multiple attackers against the ultimate fighter to see what style is effective..
dont alway CAGE CAGE CAGE!!!!! get real !! WING chun has broken at least 13 UFC rules before entering the cage, you cant hit the back to the neck, throat, eyes jab groin attacks.. reverse a joint....... UFC are not real enough bear in mind. my friend....... i am not a wing chun fan anyway but try to open your eye man!!

其實重頭到尾你只使用到日字衝拳,三板斧一個也沒看到,維持同一招式很危險的,詠春基本膀手制手耕手邊陲穿手.... 都是詠春很重要的根本,找對老師很重要
