Is it BOWie knife or BOOwie knife you know boo and arrow
Holy crap! What a torture test. I agree with your final assessment, for $20, how can you go wrong? I was really impressed with the stabbing test through the MDF. I need a knife with good piercing ability. I will buy that knife, but I don’t need it right away. I understand this baby will go on sale eventually. I will wait just a bit and see if I can get it for even less. Thanks for the testing.
this knife is really worth shit...
Nice angle to capture the Go Train ! Two things that got my attention . 1. is the front train engine new ? sleek design 2. Three of the passenger cars had a blueish paint scheme. I've not seen that on Go Trains before .
@robbyk3249 the sleek engine design came out 10 years ago or more, and I myself was fascinated by it at first. Also, the blueish-green paint scheme is most likely an older passenger car in dire need of a repaint.
The cute little microgate hehe
It is an illegal flip out folding knife. You can have it taken away by police.
@bernied9415 incorrect. These are sold at Canadian Tire, of which is a legally owned and operated, regulated by goverment law as to what they can sell.
@bernied9415 also, 1 hand opening folders are not illegal in Canada. I suggest you research the Canadian knife legislation. It's a nationwide law governing knives, not just for any particular province.
Thanks I wanted to see if it could pry and stab.😃 Let us know if you find out what metal it is made from.🤔
The New ones are even cheaper
I pick up different variations of KampKings at flea markets a lot cheaper.I collect them and carry one.
What?!! 90 bucks I just paid 30 for mine and it came with survivors edge and a sharpener multi tool
@@scettybagle5552 indeed. Prices tend to fluctuate an insane amount.
I bought a 2024 Buck Trapper in burlwood few weeks back ,I must have got a good one. I don't like the fact that it uses 420J2 steel. I have a China Trapper made in 2008 when it still used 420HC and it is fantastic!. The 2008 has brass liners as well. In 2009 Buck changed blade steels 😞😂
That was my very first pocket knife. My dad gave me one to me when I was about 7 years old. I'm 73 years old now and always have had a scout type pocket knife on me. When I was in my 20's, I got a Victorinox Swiss Army knife and have one in my pocket always. A pocket knife is just a knife, but a scout knife or Swiss Army knife with a few tools is a solution to many of the small problems life loves to toss in our way. I can't count the times I had to cob some repair out someplace, but a screw driver let me finagle and fix the problem.
@@Jackknife1951 awesome story! God bless ya!
got the pack for 73% off so i figured it doesn't matter how bad they are if they cost 6 bucks apiece lol
@@Wildkirblet be safe, enjoy, God bless you.

I want to buy one i like guns and knives
Keep plugging away brother 👍🏼
They actually gave you medicine instead of euthanasia? Glad you're getting better brother.
Just got mine in sale last week at CT for 11.99. It is sharp as heck. I'm loving it totally
@@famasmaster2000 not a bad knife.
How would you compare this to a Fallkniven F1 knife? They look quite similar?
@Danceswithempties never used the Fallkniven, so I honestly cannot say.
Can the blade open with one hand? I live in Germany and one handed locking blades are prohibited to carry?
@@SchnuffiJames kinda yeah. It's tough to do so, but not impossible.
That type knife is the most underated knife to carry.
@DesertRat.45 no kidding! It has all the tools on it that I actually need, no more, no less. I'm currently trying to acquire a Victorinox Hiker because it has a similar tool layout. I don't want to damage or lose this knife because it's 70+ years old.
her last load was into Hamilton last fall with a load of iron ore and from there to Port Colborne to be scrapped. sad day.
I just picked up one yesterday at Canadian Tire. I love sheep’s foot blade shapes, and saw this while buying a Buck knife. Fits right proper in my sports coat. $20 well spent in my knife collection 👍
She hauled salt which shorten her career unfortunately. Miss not seeing her. But she lives on through videos and photos. She was replaced by a brand new ship called Algoma Bear.
Yeah full hollow ground knives are good for tip tests. I've got one of these and under normal use it should hold up fine
I believe that these two used to be about $20 on Amazon so inflation is really hiking the price up but good job testing brother and I think they'll make decent beginner knives or first knives for a young boy or a teen
Got mine last week at Tractor Supply for half price their clearancing out a lot of their knife so if you have a local Tractor Supply you should check it out
Do you have the video of It modified yet?
@@STUDY-i2o a short on my channel.
Great job! The yellow toothpick caught my eye, I had one for years as my go-to fishing knife back in the 70s. Was always in my tackle box, unfortunately it rusted and broke a long time ago. Also in the 60s when in the Scouts I had a four blade scouting/camping knife. OK, all the best!
@@MisterBigDave cheers ✝️☮️
Massive.
I live in the woods 😊 closest harbor is Duluth but it a long ride away.
Awesome spot!
Beautiful😊
Thank you! Cheers!
where can i get these stuff?
@gogornnn5129 free ride after completing the main story. Available in the room above the garage at Salieri's bar. Hope this helps! 🙂
Do not recommend at $25, maybe $15 tips... ozark trail has a $8 equivalent to this. heavy and poor quality metal Lacks a independent clip (needs sheath ± belt to holster on to belt) Lock/unlock mechanism is very annoying and will break you're nail. Also, no built in Phillips + slotted screwdriver (requires sheath holder for bits)
@Hammzy93 Thanks tips, but this is my review and not yours. Go make your own video. If you don't like it, tough.
Which one would you recommend?
I wonder if it could be heat treated again.?
@@megaflyinbrian I don't know, but it wouldn't be worth the time nor effort.
The scuff marks are almost certainly the result of firm dockings. These ships rely on fast turnarounds. The small boat on the starboard side is the ready boat, for rapid launching in an emergency such as a man overboard. The drop-launch lifeboat is rigged at the stern. It’s a bulk carrier, not a container ship.
@mikepowell2776 Yes, bulk carrier. That's what the hatch covers are for? For the bulk material such as grain, ore, sand etc... to be dumped into the bulk compartments?
Also Gross NOT. Ross. I must remember to proof read. If an iPad represents any kind of AI we’re in serious trouble!
Algoma NOT Algonquin. I hate predictive text!,
420J2 doesn't sharpen as easily as 420 HC and does not hold its edge as long.
@dlighted8861 Technically, you could be correct, but at the end of the day, it's a quality knife for the price. It cuts stuff, and that's all that matters. Sharpening is something that any knife collector should know how to do anyway, so this needing to be sharpened more often is perfect for beginners.
No one cares
@user-rs6sn8su9f no kidding. I did the video to shut a friend up. Not my preferred video format anyway.
I have been looking at these product videos for some time now. I think I will follow the consensus in choosing between this model and the professional model, I will opt spending the extra hundred on the professional. It is made out of much more durable materials.

awesome video
Same tool as the multitool by Wetols.Amazon was just selling them for $18.00

I love the sound of trains.
These ships are amazing.
Welcome back brother!
@@ThatWhiteCat920 thanks!
Better buy a Rough Ryder for that money. They are amazingly good knives. I found them even better than Case Knives nowadays. High quality for a small budget. I own a GEC I payed 300 bucks for. Amazing product, but not a user for me. I own several Case knives I payed roundabout 70 bucks each for. They are okay.. I own a few Rough Ryders I payed 15 bucks for and they are real beautiful userknives that have amazing fit and finish, amazing walk and talk..
