I have caught one about 15 or 16cm you can’t keep over 12cm my mate said WOW it looked ridiculously stupid to the measure
It was the biggest lobster I have ever seen
reminds me when i caught my pb carp at lake albert rod was facing perfectly up and went flat on the ground line didnt snap using 6lb mono my little steel rod holder saved the day wonders how those things work so well. also how long ago was this filmed is the lake still very low? i know it rained a bit this morning
😂😂😂😂 The way the rod went flying… that was perfect 😂😂😂😂 Too bad it was just a carp, that happened to me at my favourite cod spot on the golbourn… rod pulled in and I thought it was a cod for sure 😂😂 Keep up the amazing work! @@TobysfishingNoutdoors yeah man have a boat it’s been though 5 propellers at 450 bucks a propeller this season and a new engine cost 11k in total hey! lol it’s been a really low river this winter! So damage has been high! I am waiting for the river to get a little higher before I start eating money on engine damage hey! Which is a shame cause I love cray season more than any other type of fishing! But this season the river was so low and I really grinded through that river but eventually one day my engine hit a solid rock or something a shattered it! So have a brand new engine and I’m waiting till the river rises bro! And cod season is closed till the 1st of December so there is not much in the river to get except for yellowbelly in numbers anyway but soon I’ll be cracking it out! I trawled manus dam yesterday for 6 hours and the went to trawled talbingo reserve for another 6 hours man and no result hey! But if I could recommend my number 1 favourite place in Australia it would be talbingo reservoir! Such a beautiful place there is a waterfall there called landers falls and it’s one of the most magical places on this planet hey! You can only see it best from a boat on talbingo dam! It’s something else bro and definately put that on your bucket list my friend you will understand when you get there! It’s the journey in that’s more impressive then the waterfall! You guys have a boat?
@@The_Riverina_Fisherman nah man, we don’t have a boat but we got a yak! I’ll definitely tell mum and dad about the dam! I don’t know if we’re going inland from Canberra or going back down to the coast, that sucks about the slow fishing, all that effort for no reward, but that’s fishing for ya… some ya win, some ya don’t. I’ve only used the yak about 10-15 times and broke 6 Botton fins… about 50 bucks a fin, so not that pricey but a fair bit for a 13yo… looks like your wife won’t be liking the boat very much 😂
@@TobysfishingNoutdoors your right that’s fishing man! But the memories beat any money you’ll ever try and get back out of fishing man! The wife loves it just as much as me just not being on camera but she loves the fishing just as much as me if not more! But yeah u sometimes have to be smart about where you fish to save your gear! The river here is almost high enough to start fishing with boat again but the river is always risky even when it’s full!

Agro is a friend from high school hey which for me is 21 years ago when I finished! It’s good if ya can keep ya mates along the way sometimes it’s hard people move all over when you finish school! But it’s good if you can hold onto your mates if ya can! Your doing good too buddy your going to go great guns! Just persistence persistence persistence!!! Pays off with fishing!

Cod season is off 1st of September till 1st December man except for certain dams! But I’ll be at a dam trying to crack one that’s for sure!

Nah mate, my old,setup was soooo sexy 😍, it was a klx140 (dirtbike), 2 rods, fishing bag, esky, and open dirt roads with about 100 channels to fish 😍, like it was just me and me

All good mate this is a family channel and it’s good to show parents how to have fun with thier kids. It’s 100% legal and fortunately for me I get to go everyday! So I get to see a lot of legal lobbies and i throw most of them back! I don’t see the need to be greedy as I get to see these awesome things so much more than everyone else. So I don’t ever need to take anything undersize. But it’s a cool thing to show parents that you can put a lobster to sleep from rubbing its head! It’s something nearly everyone knows anyway👍 thanks for watching

It runs from long plains Rd all the way to hay/maude for the main part, it does go past wagga that’s where I am. We are very lucky to live next to such a beautiful river! Plenty of good cod in the Murrumbidgee!
