Horrible and here's why: Barely any sear on that steak. Use fine ground seasonings for better contact with pan. Temp on pan seems too low as well. You cut against grain which is nice. Need to let steak rest longer before cutting it. Reason for all the juices on cutting board. Cook steak about 30 seconds longer on both sides for a better consistency. That's raw.
