The two wheeler was coming in the wrong side and surely the authorities should fine him and withdraw the licence.

The car driver is clearly at fault here he should of taken the turn wider and slower.

Its not the blind spot it is a blind man driving the car or a driver driving without road sense. He is clearly not in his lane and more over he is at extreme opposit of the oncoming lane without giving any scope for correction for the oncoming traffic.

Blind spot is not a spot from which you can drive blindly

Its not a one-way ; people are riding / driving in both directions on these service roads. Mostly the car driver was looking left - still the Yulu could also have been more careful. There was a cop on the bike who saw this and just went his way and the other biker who came blocked this car ....

I think there is absolutely no mistake on the car driver, the two wheeler was coming on the wrong side on a one way road. We get to see many such gobars on the road, way too common.

The mistake of the car driver obviously. Before turning towards a main road or service road, always look for incoming traffic.

If there is blind spot then you should have decreased the speed.. not blindly taking car ahead.. it's clear mistake of car driver
