He was a patient just like any other, nobody knew in advance that he would eventually die in Nairobi hospital, moreso nobody is sure to when and where hie died, might be in Tz. Treatment could be at Muhimbili, Nairobi, USA, Appolo India or wherever. No sin, it was a matter of privacy, not because Nairobi has better cardiac services than Muhimbili (of which you couldn't even saved his life)

@@anthonyjohn-sm5tb I am a Kenyan, not Tanzanian. And you can see the criteria used to rank the hospitals. Also, this is not about which country is ranked higher than the other in terms of overall quality of healthcare. That's a different story.

Most likely you don't even know what Muhimbili is; It has a world class specialization and as i mentioned it has Campuses like Mloganzila and JKCI which are Top Notch in specialization in East and central Africa as we Speak. (The JKCI is part of the Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences (Muhas). It was established on September 5, 2015. The JKCI' is an internationally accredited institute for cardiovascular care, training, and research)
