This is Norwich University Ranger Company. This video summarizes the first two weeks of the Ranger Indoctrination Process. There are 7 weeks until Tab Weekend. Here, Candidates who make it through the weekend will earn the Norwich Ranger Tab. Candidates are on their way to becoming the absolute best version of themselves.
1995 - Ranger Platoon was infinitely harder that the real RIP for me in 1997. The Man leading that experience at Norwich was later commissioned out of Norwich in the Army as an Infantry Officer. He was the finest Infantry Officer in 3rd Ranger Battalion - before, during and after 9/11. He recently retired as a Squadron Commander of Delta Force ....and....Gents, that is that. Make the most of your time at Norwich, it pays off with interest later on down the line.
