Hey guys! Welcome back!
Today, I went to GLN to catch an FRA private car, but I certainly got more than I thought! I went with @theupperillinoisrailfan5664, @lukestrainsandotherstuff, and my friend Wesley to GLN. It’s so funny that we saw such bland stuff, but was so happy lol. I got nothing more to say.

Hey guys! Welcome back! Today, as I was exiting school, I checked my facebook notfications to see “2-247 has SOO 4448 going up to St. Paul for its 92 day inspection”. So, I rushed home, grabbed my stuff, and headed over to GLN, then to the curve, just for some wide shots. And they didn’t disappoint! I got some really nice pics, as well as some nice video angles. why dont the CTA trains use their horn? I thought every train approaching any rail crossing has to follow the horn procedure
@@edot_nyc that protocol doesn’t apply to every railroad crossing, only crossings deemed unsafe, not in a close community, and many other reasons. I’m not totally sure that even the CTA would need to do that, but it would certainly sound rly weird.

Nice video and cool MP36PH-3C Milwaukee Road Heritage Unit! When I was railfanning on Wednesday in Grayslake, I was also able to see Loco 405 but double headed with a F59PH as well.
