It was almost impossible to set up. I have leveled it horizontally, but the wall is slightly curved in one spot and the two aluminium rails were very hard to join together because of that. The sliding mechanism inside works great though.

How much is the length of aluminum u-rail?

I am from Chennai, India, Tamil Nadu. I live in Ashok Nagar, I purchased a Hafele Gas stove from Chennai Trade Fair exhibition, The burner is large and the flames go beyond the vessel. So the cooking does not happen properly and takes longer and hence wastage of Gas. The stove heats up everything except the food inside the vessel. The customer care person told us that this is good only for Italian style cooking and not good for Indian. When asked why sell it in India the service person told us that once you have purchased it there is no other option but to keep it. On top of that the person made us go in for AMC claiming that to solve the problem we need take the AMC. If you do not solve my problem I will do a professional Video on the Hafele Stove straight from my kitchen and upload it on TH-cam. My phone number is +919094036404

Its just dandy you show how this door system operates so people can know if this is a product they want; however, I am about to begin an installation of this exact set up with two kits and while the instructions do show how to install them it is very complicated to figure out from the manual having not seen anything like it. Obtusely I was able to find an installation video for an Eclipse track system which is similar. After viewing it everything makes since they are similar. They even showed small helpful hints on how to configure them. Why doesn't a huge company like Hafele put some kind of installation guide online? Good product but anemic help for installers. For all I know you may have help like this but I can't find it.
