Indeed, those who believe and do good-they are the best of ˹all˺ beings. Their reward with their Lord will be Gardens of Eternity, under which rivers flow, to stay there for ever and ever. Allah is pleased with them and they are pleased with Him. That is for him who fears his Lord. (Quran 98:6-8) "O you who have believed, fear Allāh as He should be feared and do not die except as Muslims [in submission to Him]. Quran 3:102 The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "He who commits suicide by throttling shall keep on throttling himself in the Hell Fire (forever) and he who commits suicide by stabbing himself shall keep on stabbing himself in the Hell-Fire." Sahih al-Bukhari 1365 ----------- The Prophet (p.b.u.h) said, "Whoever intentionally swears falsely by a religion other than Islam, then he is what he has said, (e.g. if he says, 'If such thing is not true then I am a Jew,' he is really a Jew). And whoever commits suicide with piece of iron will be punished with the same piece of iron in the Hell Fire." Narrated Jundab the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A man was inflicted with wounds and he committed suicide, and so Allah said: My slave has caused death on himself hurriedly, so I forbid Paradise for him." Sahih al-Bukhari 1363, 1364

I watched a video about how breathing can help fight off an anxiety attack. The doctor was saying to inhale deeply through your nose and to hold your breath for around 5 seconds. Then exhale/breath out through your mouth slowly. Doing this a few times continuously slows down your heart rate apparently and staves off an anxiety attack.
