To get out of step on snowboard boots pull up on BOA knob pull tongue forward then press down on BOA knob to stop it from recoiling, pull up on orange tab to loose liner laces, undo lace. Now put hand on inside of the liner behind ankle to hold liner and boot shell together. Move hips to edge of the seat, move boot directly under bum then press down on the back of the boot to slide boot off.

Hey man, I was wondering if you help me. I’ve just bought a pair of step on bindings and boots but once clipped in I’m getting a fair bit of movement in the heel when I put pressure on toes. Is this normal? As it just doesn’t seem right to me, but haven’t ridden it yet. I’ve uploaded a short video of the movement. Any help would be really appreciated. It's never a good idea to run away from a cop while detained. But i see too many videos where the cops are just being lazy. Either they are too fat too run, or just use it as a compliance tool.

I got a pair of Step ons. I love it when I step on them, but to get out of them is a 50-50 chance, The lever goes up, but in the attempt to get out of the two front hooks, the back hook catches again. I can't find the technique to step out of it at the bottom of the slopes. Anyone has any suggestions?

did you go up a full size on the boots? or theyre true to fit? im a 10 and just gotten back from trying the photons on size 10... i did not like the way they fitted.. couple of hot spots by the binding knots...and the extra strap didnt do anything for me... this is why i think i will go with the Rulers...and save 100 bucks also. They didnt have 10.5 nor 11 for me to try... but i think 11 will fit me good. What's your take? thx.

I totally agree man. Getting in was very easy, getting out took sometime to get use to. I had no issues on flat surfaces, but when there was some sort of incline getting out was a struggle. I have wide feet and wish I tried on the rulers. The photons crushed my feet. Overall the bindings were pretty good. Quick, snappy and the most responsive bindings I've used. What I didn't like was they were a bit rigged for my taste and felt bulky and clunky. My ankle felt too restricted and the base plate was too stiff for my liking. Great binding overall, but I'm sticking with my cartels.
