That journeyman is a fucking asshole. You should be helping your apprentice with a task, not recording and laughing at him as he fails. People like you are why the trades are having trouble finding people

Then theres integrating them into the friend group every Friday when you go to the pub for a beer. It's how rships are formed... Don't get me wrong, some bosses are helmets, I had one that went too far... But usually its all just a laugh and bonding time.
This is one reason why trades are going backwards. I get that character building is a thing. But standing there and recording someone whilst they're struggling does not help them learn.
