Hi, love the videos. My big brother wants me to do an ocean/water scene on the floor of his outdoor kitchen. I’d love to do this only I’m terrified because I’ve never done any epoxy outside. Helpful advice. STOP using acetone! Use Xylene to clean and/or to thin/cut your epoxy kits. As long as the epoxy is 100% solids, I'd as about 8-12 ounces of Xylene to a 3 gallon kit. It'll make your install so much smoother. Otherwise you can just use denatured alcohol to cleanup too. Hopefully you do a dry mop with denatured alcohol prior to your installs.

Question: I have a pool deck that has an existing epoxy light stamped type coating. I would like to pressure wash it and then seal it. What sealer can you recommend that is comparable with this configuration?

Did you have to grind before you put the epoxy down?

So, my epoxy faded in some areas after applying the clear coat. Would this be the process to fix those areas? Grind it down, epoxy, then clear coat it?

Good video!! What is logo made of? Is there adhesive backing on logo or just the clear coat used to adhere it to floor before clearing the entire floor.
