best video ever. i gave one of my old tablets to my friend but it didn't work. so he gave it back to be and I resseted it not realizing his google account was still on it. i was locked out. but this video helped me get it back up and running! although I wasn't able to download the app that was needed. but I was simply able to download the app on my PC and move it to the device and run it that way.
