Galaxy Watch Active 2 Back Tape Replacement
I couldn't find a good video for this specific type of watch so I figured I'd upload one for anybody that wants some help. Super easy job, just take your time and make sure all surfaces are clean and dry before applying.

Thanks for the video, however, there was no reference to how to remove the tape and adhere the tape to the watch cover

That sucks same issue with my 4 Classic. The glue used on the watch is NOT strong and just not worth it. Save your cash and get a Garmin Fenix .
Just said what you did. Didn't show anything other than the finished job. Not much help. Not sure what other people saw, but I didn't see much instruction.

How is the new adhesive tape? Does still hold up?
Yes, it does.
The rubbery material you mentioned is the old dry gasket. It's identical to the replacement rings you have except the glue has degraded. Not sure how long a repair will last if new seal is on top of old.

How couldn't you show how you places and how you removed the tape do
I didn't have anything to hold my phone while I did the work. So I had to stop the video while fixing it.

Hi, i want to ask. Is the watch works like new after replacing the glass? I mean, the watch is designed to be water proof. So is the watch still able to used while sweating or in a rain weather? Thanks
Yes, everything still works under water and when your are sweating!
I'm damn sure the water resistance will be compromised i have the gear sport amd its glass came off i put it back with new adhesive but recently my heart rate sensor stopped working, I opened it up and saw water damage and I'm sure it was due to my sweat because i didn't take it into water, you are better of using some glue like the T-8000 or something atleast it will be sweat proof!!
